¹ I get dream and I see vision for night for the first year wey Belshazzar be king for Babylonia, I write the dream down, and na the record

² of wetin I see for night be this: winds dey blow from everywhere and dey dirty the surface of the ocean.

³ Four big beasts comot for the ocean and four of dem no resemble.

⁴ The first one be like lion but get wing like eagle, as I dey watch, the wings wey dey the body comot and e stand with him two legs for ground and dem give am human mind.

⁵ The second beast dey like bear and dem raise am up for one of hin side, and e dey hold three ribs for mouth, and a voice tell am say, stand up make you eat all the meat wey you fit eat!"

⁶ As I dey watch, another beast commot wey be like leopard, but get wings for back, wey be like wings of bird and e get four head, and dem give am the authority to dey rule.

⁷ As I dey watch , the fourth beast commot, e dey powerful, horrible, terrifying, with hin big iron teeth. This beast dey crush hin victim and e dey walk on top them, e no be like other beast, because e get ten horns.

⁸ As I dey watch the horns na so I see a little horns dey come among the other. E commot three out of the horn wey dey there before, this horn get human eyes and mouth wey dey proud.

⁹ And as I dey watch, dem dey put thrones for their place and the ancient king sit down for him own throne. Him cloth white like snow, him hair white like wool, na fire dem use make him throne and na flame dem use make him wheel.

¹⁰ And stream of fire dey commot for there, and thousands of people dey there to serve him and millions of people stand before am, the court begin work and dem dey open book.

¹¹ As I still dey look, I dey hear the little horn dey boast and brag, as I dey watch dem kill the fourth beast, and put the body for fire and destroy am.

¹² Dem commot the power of the other beast and allow dem make dem live for small time.

¹³ During the vision for night, naso I see wetin look like human being, he dey come near me with clouds and he go meet the one wey don dey live for long and the servant of the king carry am go meet the king.

¹⁴ Dem give am authority, honor, and royal power, so people of all nation, races, and language go serve am, him authority go last forever and him kingdom no go end.

¹⁵ The vision wey I see surprise and disturb me.

¹⁶ I go meet one of those people wey dey stand there make He explain everything to me, and so he tell me the meaning.

¹⁷ He talk say, "These four big beast na four empire wey go rise on top earth.

¹⁸ And people of the Almighty God go receive royal power and go keep am forever and ever."

¹⁹ Then I wan know about the fourth beast wey no be like others " the terrifying beast wey dey crush hin victim with him bronze claw and iron teeth and dey walk on top dem.

²⁰ And I wan know about the ten horn for him head and the little one wey come later , wey make three other horns wey don dey there before to fall. E get eyes and mouth wey dey proud. E get trouble pass the other beast.

²¹ As I dey look, the horn dey make war against people of God, e dey win dem.

²² Then the one wey don dey live for long come favor the people of Almighty God. The time don reach for people of God to receive royal power.

²³ This na the explanation wey I get; "The fourth beast na fourth empire wey go dey on earth and go dey different from other empires. E go destroy the whole earth and go match on top am.

²⁴ The ten horns na the ten kings wey go rule the empire. Then another king go appear, e go dey different from the one wey don come before and e go overthrow three kings.

²⁵ He go speak against supreme God and go oppress the people of God. He go try change their religious law and festivals, and people of God go dey under him power for

³ and a half years.

²⁶ Then the heavenly court go sit for judgement and go take away him power and destroy am completely.

²⁷ The power and the greatness of all the kingdom on earth, dem go give to the people of supreme God. The royal power no go end and all rulers on earth go serve and obey them"

²⁸ "And this na the end of the dream. I, Daniel, fear. My face turn white with fear, and I no tell anyone wetin I see or hear."
