¹ Ọ̀RỌ Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun si tun tọ̀ mi wá, wipe,

¹ Again the word of the LORD of hosts came to me, saying,

² Bayi li Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wi; owu nlanla ni mo jẹ fun Sioni, ikannu nlanla ni mo fi jowu fun u.

² Thus saith the LORD of hosts; I was jealous for Zion with great jealousy, and I was jealous for her with great fury.

³ Bayi li Oluwa wi; Mo ti yipada si Sioni emi o si gbe ãrin Jerusalemu: a o si pè Jerusalemu ni ilu nla otitọ; ati oke nla Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun, okenla mimọ́ nì.

³ Thus saith the LORD; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the LORD of hosts the holy mountain.

⁴ Bayi li Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wi, arugbo ọkunrin ati arugbo obinrin, yio sa gbe igboro Jerusalemu, ati olukuluku ti on ti ọ̀pa li ọwọ rẹ̀ fun ogbó.

⁴ Thus saith the LORD of hosts; There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, and every man with his staff in his hand for very age.

⁵ Igboro ilu yio si kún fun ọmọdekunrin, ati ọmọdebinrin, ti nṣire ni ita wọn.

⁵ And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof.

⁶ Bayi li Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wi pe, bi o ba ṣe iyanu li oju iyokù awọn enia yi li ọjọ wọnyi, iba jẹ iyanu li oju mi pẹlu bi? li Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wi.

⁶ Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If it be marvellous in the eyes of the remnant of this people in these days, should it also be marvellous in mine eyes? saith the LORD of hosts.

⁷ Bayi li Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wi pe, Kiye si i, emi o gbà awọn enia mi kuro ni ilẹ ila-õrun, ati kuro ni ilẹ yama;

⁷ Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will save my people from the east country, and from the west country;

⁸ Emi o si mu wọn wá, nwọn o si ma gbe ãrin Jerusalemu: nwọn o si jẹ enia mi, emi o si jẹ Ọlọrun wọn, li otitọ, ati li ododo.

⁸ And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness.

⁹ Bayi li Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wi pe, Jẹ ki ọwọ nyin ki o le, ẹnyin ti ngbọ́ ọ̀rọ wọnyi li ọjọ wọnyi li ẹnu awọn woli ti o wà li ọjọ ti a fi ipilẹ ile Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun lelẹ, ki a ba le kọ́ tempili.

⁹ Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Let your hands be strong, ye that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, which were in the day that the foundation of the house of the LORD of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built.

¹⁰ Nitori pe ṣãju ọjọ wọnni ọya enia kò to nkan, bẹni ọ̀ya ẹran pẹlu; bẹ̃ni kò si alafia fun ẹniti njade lọ, tabi ẹniti nwọle bọ̀, nitori ipọnju na: nitori mo doju gbogbo enia olukuluku kọ aladugbo rẹ̀.

¹⁰ For before these days there was no hire for man, nor any hire for beast; neither was there any peace to him that went out or came in because of the affliction: for I set all men every one against his neighbour.

¹¹ Ṣugbọn nisisiyi emi kì yio ṣe si iyokù awọn enia yi gẹgẹ bi ti ìgba atijọ wọnni, li Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wi.

¹¹ But now I will not be unto the residue of this people as in the former days, saith the LORD of hosts.

¹² Nitori irugbin yio gbilẹ: àjara yio so eso rẹ̀, ilẹ yio si hù ọ̀pọlọpọ nkan rẹ̀ jade, awọn ọrun yio si mu irì wọn wá: emi o si mu ki awọn iyokù enia yi ni gbogbo nkan wọnyi.

¹² For the seed shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.

¹³ Yio si ṣe, gẹgẹ bi ẹnyin ti jẹ egún lãrin awọn keferi, ẹnyin ile Juda, ati ile Israeli, bẹ̃li emi o gbà nyin silẹ; ẹnyin o si jẹ ibukún: ẹ má bẹ̀ru, ṣugbọn jẹ ki ọwọ nyin ki o le.

¹³ And it shall come to pass, that as ye were a curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong.

¹⁴ Nitori bayi li Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wi; gẹgẹ bi mo ti rò lati ṣẹ́ nyin niṣẹ, nigbati awọn baba nyin mu mi binu, li Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wi, ti emi kò si ronupiwadà.

¹⁴ For thus saith the LORD of hosts; As I thought to punish you, when your fathers provoked me to wrath, saith the LORD of hosts, and I repented not:

¹⁵ Bẹ̃li emi si ti rò ọjọ wọnyi lati ṣe rere fun Jerusalemu, ati fun ile Juda: ẹ má bẹ̀ru.

¹⁵ So again have I thought in these days to do well unto Jerusalem and to the house of Judah: fear ye not.

¹⁶ Wọnyi ni nkan ti ẹnyin o ṣe: Ẹ sọ̀rọ otitọ, olukuluku si ẹnikeji rẹ̀; ṣe idajọ tõtọ ati alafia ni bodè nyin wọnni.

¹⁶ These are the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates:

¹⁷ Ẹ máṣe jẹ ki ẹnikan ki o rò ibi li ọkàn rẹ̀ si ẹnikeji rẹ̀; ẹ má fẹ ibura eke: nitori gbogbo wọnyi ni mo korira, li Oluwa wi.

¹⁷ And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the LORD.

¹⁸ Ọ̀rọ Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun si tọ̀ mi wá wipe,

¹⁸ And the word of the LORD of hosts came unto me, saying,

¹⁹ Bayi li Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wi pe; Ãwẹ̀ oṣù kẹrin, ati ti oṣù karun, ati ãwẹ̀ oṣù keje, ati ti ẹkẹwa, yio jẹ ayọ̀, ati didùn inu, ati apejọ ariya fun ile Juda; nitorina ẹ fẹ́ otitọ ati alafia.

¹⁹ Thus saith the LORD of hosts; The fast of the fourth month, and the fast of the fifth, and the fast of the seventh, and the fast of the tenth, shall be to the house of Judah joy and gladness, and cheerful feasts; therefore love the truth and peace.

²⁰ Bayi li Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wi pe; Awọn enia yio sa tún wá, ati ẹniti yio gbe ilu-nla pupọ.

²⁰ Thus saith the LORD of hosts; It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities:

²¹ Awọn ẹniti ngbe ilu-nla kan yio lọ si omiran, wipe, Ẹ jẹ ki a yára lọ igbadura niwaju Oluwa, ati lati wá Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun: emi pẹlu o si lọ.

²¹ And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also.

²² Nitõtọ ọ̀pọlọpọ enia, ati awọn alagbara orilẹ-ède yio wá lati wá Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun ni Jerusalemu; ati lati gbadura niwaju Oluwa.

²² Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.

²³ Bayi li Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wi pe, li ọjọ wọnni yio ṣẹ, ni ọkunrin mẹwa lati inu gbogbo ède ati orilẹ-ède yio dì i mú, ani yio dì eti aṣọ ẹniti iṣe Ju mu, wipe, A o ba ọ lọ, nitori awa ti gbọ́ pe, Ọlọrun wà pẹlu rẹ.

²³ Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.
