¹ OLUWA, dẹ eti rẹ silẹ, gbohùn mi: nitori ti emi jẹ́ talaka ati alaini.

¹ Bow down thine ear, O LORD, hear me: for I am poor and needy.

² Pa ọkàn mi mọ́; nitori emi li ẹniti iwọ ṣe ojurere fun: iwọ, Ọlọrun mi, gbà ọmọ ọdọ rẹ ti o gbẹkẹle ọ.

² Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee.

³ Ṣãnu fun mi, Oluwa: nitori iwọ li emi nkepè lojojumọ.

³ Be merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily.

⁴ Mu ọkàn iranṣẹ rẹ yọ̀: Oluwa, nitori iwọ ni mo gbé ọkàn mi soke si.

⁴ Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.

⁵ Nitori iwọ, Oluwa, o ṣeun, o si mura ati dariji; o si pọ̀ li ãnu fun gbogbo awọn ti nkepè ọ.

⁵ For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.

⁶ Oluwa, fi eti si adura mi; ki o si fiye si ohùn ẹ̀bẹ mi.

⁶ Give ear, O LORD, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications.

⁷ Li ọjọ ipọnju mi, emi o kepè ọ: nitori ti iwọ o da mi lohùn.

⁷ In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.

⁸ Oluwa, ninu awọn oriṣa kò si ọ̀kan ti o dabi rẹ, bẹ̃ni kò si iṣẹ kan ti o dabi iṣẹ rẹ.

⁸ Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.

⁹ Gbogbo awọn orilẹ-ède ti iwọ da ni yio wá, nwọn o si sìn niwaju rẹ, Oluwa; nwọn o si ma fi ogo fun orukọ rẹ.

⁹ All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name.

¹⁰ Nitoripe iwọ pọ̀, iwọ si nṣe ohun iyanu: iwọ nikan li Ọlọrun.

¹⁰ For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.

¹¹ Oluwa, kọ́ mi li ọ̀na rẹ; emi o ma rìn ninu otitọ rẹ: mu aiya mi ṣọkan lati bẹ̀ru orukọ rẹ.

¹¹ Teach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.

¹² Emi o yìn ọ, Oluwa Ọlọrun mi, tinutinu mi gbogbo: emi o si ma fi ogo fun orukọ rẹ titi lai.

¹² I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore.

¹³ Nitoripe nla li ãnu rẹ si mi: iwọ si ti gbà ọkàn mi lọwọ isa-okú jijin.

¹³ For great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell.

¹⁴ Ọlọrun, awọn agberaga dide si mi, ati ijọ awọn alagbara nwá ọkàn mi kiri; nwọn kò si fi ọ pè li oju wọn.

¹⁴ O God, the proud are risen against me, and the assemblies of violent men have sought after my soul; and have not set thee before them.

¹⁵ Ṣugbọn iwọ, Oluwa, li Ọlọrun ti o kún fun iyọ́nu, ati olore-ọfẹ, olupamọra, o si pọ̀ li ãnu ati otitọ.

¹⁵ But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.

¹⁶ Yipada si mi ki o si ṣãnu fun mi; fi ipá rẹ fun iranṣẹ rẹ, ki o si gbà ọmọkunrin iranṣẹ-birin rẹ là.

¹⁶ O turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid.

¹⁷ Fi àmi hàn mi fun rere; ki awọn ti o korira mi ki o le ri i, ki oju ki o le tì wọn, nitori iwọ, Oluwa, li o ti ràn mi lọwọ ti o si tù mi ninu.

¹⁷ Shew me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, LORD, hast holpen me, and comforted me.
