1 OLUWA, iwọ ni mo gbẹkẹ mi le: lai máṣe jẹ ki a dãmu mi.
1 In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.
2 Gbà mi nipa ododo rẹ, ki o si mu mi yọ̀: dẹ eti rẹ si mi, ki o si gbà mi.
2 Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape: incline thine ear unto me, and save me.
3 Iwọ ni ki o ṣe ibujoko apata mi, nibiti emi o gbe ma rè nigbagbogbo: iwọ ti paṣẹ lati gbà mi; nitori iwọ li apata ati odi agbara mi.
3 Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress.
4 Gbà mi, Ọlọrun mi, li ọwọ awọn enia buburu, li ọwọ alaiṣododo ati ìka ọkunrin.
4 Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.
5 Nitori iwọ ni ireti mi, Oluwa Ọlọrun; iwọ ni igbẹkẹle mi lati igba ewe mi.
5 For thou art my hope, O Lord GOD: thou art my trust from my youth.
6 Ọwọ rẹ li a ti fi gbé mi duro lati inu wá: iwọ li ẹniti o mu mi jade lati inu iya mi wá: nipasẹ rẹ ni iyìn mi wà nigbagbogbo.
6 By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee.
7 Emi dabi ẹni-iyanu fun ọ̀pọlọpọ enia, ṣugbọn iwọ li àbo mi ti o lagbara.
7 I am as a wonder unto many; but thou art my strong refuge.
8 Jẹ ki ẹnu mi ki o kún fun iyìn rẹ ati fun ọlá rẹ li ọjọ gbogbo.
8 Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day.
9 Máṣe ṣa mi ti ni ìgba ogbó; máṣe kọ̀ mi silẹ nigbati agbara mi ba yẹ̀.
9 Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength faileth.
10 Nitori awọn ọta mi nsọ̀rọ si mi; awọn ti nṣọ ọkàn mi si gbimọ̀ pọ̀.
10 For mine enemies speak against me; and they that lay wait for my soul take counsel together,

11 Saying, God hath forsaken him: persecute and take him; for there is none to deliver him.
12 Ọlọrun, máṣe jina si mi: Ọlọrun mi, yara si iranlọwọ mi.
12 O God, be not far from me: O my God, make haste for my help.
13 Jẹ ki nwọn ki o dãmu, ki a si run awọn ti nṣe ọta ọkàn mi, ki a si fi ẹ̀gan ati àbuku bo awọn ti nwá ifarapa mi.
13 Let them be confounded and consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered with reproach and dishonour that seek my hurt.
14 Ṣugbọn emi o ma reti nigbagbogbo, emi o si ma fi iyìn kún iyìn rẹ.
14 But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more.
15 Ẹnu mi yio ma fi ododo rẹ ati igbala rẹ hàn li ọjọ gbogbo; emi kò sa mọ̀ iye rẹ̀.
15 My mouth shall shew forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers thereof.
16 Emi o wá li agbara Oluwa Ọlọrun; emi o ma da ọ̀rọ ododo rẹ sọ, ani tirẹ nikan.
16 I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only.
17 Ọlọrun, iwọ ti kọ́ mi lati igba ewe mi wá: ati di isisiyi li emi ti nsọ̀rọ iṣẹ iyanu rẹ.
17 O God, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works.

18 Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.
19 Ọlọrun ododo rẹ ga jọjọ pẹlu, ẹniti o ti nṣe nkan nla: Ọlọrun, tali o dabi iwọ!
19 Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high, who hast done great things: O God, who is like unto thee!
20 Iwọ ti o fi iṣẹ nla ati kikan hàn mi, ni yio si tun mi ji, yio si tun mu mi sọ si òke lati ọgbun ilẹ wá.
20 Thou, which hast shewed me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken me again, and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth.

21 Thou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.
22 Emi o si fi ohun-elo orin yìn ọ pẹlu, ani otitọ rẹ, Ọlọrun mi: iwọ li emi o ma fi duru kọrin si, iwọ Ẹni-Mimọ́ Israeli.
22 I will also praise thee with the psaltery, even thy truth, O my God: unto thee will I sing with the harp, O thou Holy One of Israel.
23 Ete mi yio yọ̀ gidigidi, nigbati mo ba nkọrin si ọ: ati ọkàn mi, ti iwọ ti rapada.
23 My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed.
24 Ahọn mi pẹlu yio si ma sọ̀rọ ododo rẹ titi li ọjọ gbogbo: nitoriti nwọn dãmu, a si doju ti awọn tí nwá ifarapa mi.
24 My tongue also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded, for they are brought unto shame, that seek my hurt.
