¹ ỌLỌRUN li àbo wa ati agbara, lọwọlọwọ iranlọwọ ni igba ipọnju.

¹ God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

² Nitorina li awa kì yio bẹ̀ru, bi a tilẹ ṣi aiye ni idi, ti a si ṣi awọn oke nla nipò lọ si inu okun:

² Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

³ Bi omi rẹ̀ tilẹ nho ti o si nru, bi awọn òke nla tilẹ nmì nipa ọwọ bibì rẹ̀.

³ Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.

⁴ Odò nla kan wà, ṣiṣan eyiti yio mu inu ilu Ọlọrun dùn, ibi mimọ́ agọ wọnni ti Ọga-ogo.

⁴ There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.

⁵ Ọlọrun mbẹ li arin rẹ̀; a kì yio ṣi i ni idi: Ọlọrun yio ràn a lọwọ ni kutukutu owurọ.

⁵ God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.

⁶ Awọn keferi nbinu, awọn ilẹ ọba ṣidi: o fọhun rẹ̀, aiye yọ́.

⁶ The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.

⁷ Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wà pẹlu wa; Ọlọrun Jakobu li àbo wa.

⁷ The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

⁸ Ẹ wá wò awọn iṣẹ Oluwa, iru ahoro ti o ṣe ni aiye.

⁸ Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.

⁹ O mu ọ̀tẹ tan de opin aiye; o ṣẹ́ ọrun, o si ke ọ̀kọ meji; o si fi kẹkẹ́ ogun jona.

⁹ He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.

¹⁰ Ẹ duro jẹ, ki ẹ si mọ̀ pe emi li Ọlọrun, a o gbé mi ga ninu awọn keferi, a o gbé mi ga li aiye.

¹⁰ Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

¹¹ Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun wà pẹlu wa; Ọlọrun Jakobu li àbo wa.

¹¹ The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
