1 EMI o ma fi ibukún fun Oluwa nigbagbogbo: Iyìn rẹ̀ yio ma wà li ẹnu mi titi lai.
1 I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
2 Ọkàn mi yio ma ṣogo rẹ̀ niti Oluwa: awọn onirẹlẹ yio gbọ́, inu wọn yio si ma dùn.
2 My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.
3 Gbé Oluwa ga pẹlu mi, ki a si jumọ gbé orukọ rẹ̀ leke.
3 O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.
4 Emi ṣe afẹri Oluwa, o si gbohùn mi; o si gbà mi kuro ninu gbogbo ìbẹru mi.
4 I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
5 Nwọn wò o, imọlẹ si mọ́ wọn: oju kò si tì wọn.
5 They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.
6 Ọkunrin olupọnju yi kigbe pè, Oluwa si gbohùn rẹ̀, o si gbà a ninu gbogbo ipọnju rẹ̀:
6 This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
7 Angeli Oluwa yi awọn ti o bẹ̀ru rẹ̀ ká, o si gbà wọn.
7 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.
8 Tọ́ ọ wò, ki o si ri pe, rere ni Oluwa: alabukún fun li ọkunrin na ti o gbẹkẹle e.
8 O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

9 O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.
10 Awọn ọmọ kiniun a ma ṣe alaini, ebi a si ma pa wọn: ṣugbọn awọn ti nwá Oluwa, kì yio ṣe alaini ohun ti o dara.
10 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.
11 Wá, ẹnyin ọmọ, fi eti si mi: emi o kọ́ nyin li ẹ̀ru Oluwa.
11 Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.
12 Ọkunrin wo li o nfẹ ìye, ti o si nfẹ ọjọ pipọ, ki o le ma ri rere?
12 What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?
13 Pa ahọn rẹ mọ́ kuro ninu ibi, ati ète rẹ kuro li ẹ̀tan sisọ.
13 Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
14 Lọ kuro ninu ibi, ki o si ma ṣe rere; ma wá alafia, ki o si lepa rẹ̀.
14 Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
15 Oju Oluwa mbẹ lara awọn olododo, eti rẹ̀ si ṣi si igbe wọn.
15 The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.
16 Oju Oluwa kan si awọn ti nṣe buburu, lati ke iranti wọn kuro lori ilẹ.
16 The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
17 Awọn olododo nke, Oluwa si gbọ́, o si yọ wọn jade ninu iṣẹ́ wọn gbogbo.
17 The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
18 Oluwa mbẹ leti ọdọ awọn ti iṣe onirobinujẹ ọkàn; o si gbà iru awọn ti iṣe onirora ọkàn là.
18 The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
19 Ọ̀pọlọpọ ni ipọnju olododo; ṣugbọn Oluwa gbà a ninu wọn gbogbo.
19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.
20 O pa gbogbo egungun rẹ̀ mọ́; kò si ọkan ti o ṣẹ́ ninu wọn.
20 He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken.
21 Ibi ni yio pa enia buburu; ati awọn ti o korira olododo yio jẹbi.
21 Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.
22 Oluwa rà ọkàn awọn iranṣẹ rẹ̀; ọkan ninu awọn ti o gbẹkẹle e kì yio jẹbi.
22 The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.
