1 Ẹ fi ọpẹ fun Oluwa? ẹ pè orukọ rẹ̀: ẹ fi iṣẹ rẹ̀ hàn ninu awọn enia.

1 O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people.

2 Ẹ kọrin si i, ẹ kọ orin mimọ́ si i: ẹ ma sọ̀rọ iṣẹ iyanu rẹ̀ gbogbo.

2 Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works.

3 Ẹ ma ṣogo li orukọ rẹ̀ mimọ́; jẹ ki aiya awọn ti nwá Oluwa ki o yọ̀.

3 Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.

4 Ẹ ma wá Oluwa ati ipá rẹ̀: ẹ ma wá oju rẹ̀ nigbagbogbo.

4 Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore.

5 Ẹ ma ranti iṣẹ iyanu rẹ̀ ti o ti ṣe; iṣẹ àmi rẹ̀ ati idajọ ẹnu rẹ̀;

5 Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;

6 Ẹnyin iru-ọmọ Abrahamu iranṣẹ rẹ̀, ẹnyin ọmọ Jakobu, ayanfẹ rẹ̀.

6 O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of Jacob his chosen.

7 Oluwa, on li Ọlọrun wa: idajọ rẹ̀ mbẹ ni gbogbo aiye.

7 He is the LORD our God: his judgments are in all the earth.

8 O ti ranti majẹmu rẹ̀ lailai, ọ̀rọ ti o ti pa li aṣẹ fun ẹgbẹrun iran.

8 He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.

9 Majẹmu ti o ba Abrahamu dá, ati ibura rẹ̀ fun Isaaki;

9 Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac;

10 O si gbé eyi na kalẹ li ofin fun Jakobu, ati fun Israeli ni majẹmu aiyeraiye.

10 And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant:

11 Pe, iwọ li emi o fi ilẹ Kenaani fun, ipin ilẹ-ini nyin.

11 Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance:

12 Nigbati o ṣe pe kiun ni nwọn wà ni iye; nitõtọ, diẹ kiun, nwọn si ṣe alejo ninu rẹ̀.

12 When they were but a few men in number; yea, very few, and strangers in it.

13 Nigbati nwọn nlọ lati orilẹ-ède de orilẹ-ède, lati ijọba kan de ọdọ awọn enia miran;

13 When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people;

14 On kò jẹ ki ẹnikẹni ki o ṣe wọn ni iwọsi: Nitõtọ, o ba awọn ọba wi nitori wọn;

14 He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes;

15 Pe, Ẹ máṣe fi ọwọ kan ẹni-ororo mi ki ẹ má si ṣe awọn woli mi ni ibi,

15 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

16 Pẹlupẹlu o pè ìyan wá si ilẹ na: o ṣẹ́ gbogbo ọpá onjẹ.

16 Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread.

17 O rán ọkunrin kan lọ siwaju wọn; ani Josefu ti a tà li ẹrú:

17 He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant:

18 Ẹsẹ ẹniti nwọn fi ṣẹkẹṣẹkẹ pa lara: a dè e ninu irin:

18 Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron:

19 Titi igba ti ọ̀rọ rẹ̀ de: ọ̀rọ Oluwa dan a wò.

19 Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him.

20 Ọba ranṣẹ, nwọn si tú u silẹ; ani ijoye awọn enia, o si jọwọ rẹ̀ lọwọ lọ.

20 The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free.

21 O fi jẹ oluwa ile rẹ̀, ati ijoye gbogbo ini rẹ̀.

21 He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance:

22 Lati ma ṣe akoso awọn ọmọ-alade rẹ̀ nipa ifẹ rẹ̀; ati lati ma kọ́ awọn igbimọ rẹ̀ li ọgbọ́n.

22 To bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his senators wisdom.

23 Israeli si wá si Egipti pẹlu; Jakobu si ṣe atipo ni ilẹ Hamu.

23 Israel also came into Egypt; and Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.

24 O si mu awọn enia rẹ̀ bi si i pipọ̀-pipọ̀; o si mu wọn lagbara jù awọn ọta wọn lọ.

24 And he increased his people greatly; and made them stronger than their enemies.

25 O yi wọn li aiya pada lati korira awọn enia rẹ̀, lati ṣe arekereke si awọn iranṣẹ rẹ̀.

25 He turned their heart to hate his people, to deal subtilly with his servants.

26 O rán Mose iranṣẹ rẹ̀; ati Aaroni, ẹniti o ti yàn.

26 He sent Moses his servant; and Aaron whom he had chosen.

27 Nwọn fi ọ̀rọ àmi rẹ̀ hán ninu wọn, ati iṣẹ iyanu ni ilẹ Hamu.

27 They shewed his signs among them, and wonders in the land of Ham.

28 O rán òkunkun, o si mu u ṣú; nwọn kò si ṣaigbọran si ọ̀rọ rẹ̀.

28 He sent darkness, and made it dark; and they rebelled not against his word.

29 O sọ omi wọn di ẹ̀jẹ, o si pa ẹja wọn.

29 He turned their waters into blood, and slew their fish.

30 Ilẹ wọn mu ọ̀pọlọ jade wá li ọ̀pọlọpọ, ni iyẹwu awọn ọba wọn.

30 Their land brought forth frogs in abundance, in the chambers of their kings.

31 O sọ̀rọ, oniruru eṣinṣin si de, ati ina-aṣọ ni gbogbo agbegbe wọn.

31 He spake, and there came divers sorts of flies, and lice in all their coasts.

32 O fi yinyin fun wọn fun òjo, ati ọwọ iná ni ilẹ wọn.

32 He gave them hail for rain, and flaming fire in their land.

33 O si lu àjara wọn, ati igi ọ̀pọtọ wọn; o si dá igi àgbegbe wọn.

33 He smote their vines also and their fig trees; and brake the trees of their coasts.

34 O sọ̀rọ, eṣú si de ati kokoro li ainiye.

34 He spake, and the locusts came, and caterpillers, and that without number,

35 Nwọn si jẹ gbogbo ewebẹ ilẹ wọn, nwọn si jẹ eso ilẹ wọn run.

35 And did eat up all the herbs in their land, and devoured the fruit of their ground.

36 O kọlu gbogbo akọbi pẹlu ni ilẹ wọn, ãyo gbogbo ipa wọn.

36 He smote also all the firstborn in their land, the chief of all their strength.

37 O si mu wọn jade, ti awọn ti fadaka ati wura: kò si si alailera kan ninu ẹ̀ya rẹ̀.

37 He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.

38 Inu Egipti dùn nigbati nwọn lọ: nitoriti ẹ̀ru wọn bà wọn.

38 Egypt was glad when they departed: for the fear of them fell upon them.

39 O nà awọsanma kan fun ibori; ati iná lati fun wọn ni imọlẹ li oru.

39 He spread a cloud for a covering; and fire to give light in the night.

40 Nwọn bère o si mu ẹiyẹ aparo wá, o si fi onjẹ ọrun tẹ wọn lọrun.

40 The people asked, and he brought quails, and satisfied them with the bread of heaven.

41 O là apata, omi si tú jade; odò nṣan nibi gbigbẹ.

41 He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out; they ran in the dry places like a river.

42 Nitoriti o ranti ileri rẹ̀ mimọ́, ati Abrahamu iranṣẹ rẹ̀.

42 For he remembered his holy promise, and Abraham his servant.

43 O si fi ayọ̀ mu awọn enia rẹ̀ jade, ati awọn ayanfẹ rẹ̀ pẹlu orin ayọ̀:

43 And he brought forth his people with joy, and his chosen with gladness:

44 O si fi ilẹ awọn keferi fun wọn: nwọn si jogun ère iṣẹ awọn enia na.

44 And gave them the lands of the heathen: and they inherited the labour of the people;

45 Ki nwọn ki o le ma kiye si aṣẹ rẹ̀, ki nwọn ki o si ma pa ofin rẹ̀ mọ́. Ẹ fi iyìn fun Oluwa.

45 That they might observe his statutes, and keep his laws. Praise ye the LORD.
