¹ FI ibukún fun Oluwa, iwọ ọkàn mi, ati gbogbo ohun ti o wà ninu mi, fi ibukún fun orukọ rẹ̀ mimọ́.

¹ Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

² Fi ibukún fun Oluwa, iwọ ọkàn mi, má si ṣe gbagbe gbogbo ore rẹ̀:

² Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

³ Ẹniti o dari gbogbo ẹ̀ṣẹ rẹ jì; ẹniti o si tan gbogbo àrun rẹ,

³ Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

⁴ Ẹniti o ra ẹmi rẹ kuro ninu iparun; ẹniti o fi iṣeun-ifẹ ati iyọ́nu de ọ li ade:

⁴ Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

⁵ Ẹniti o fi ohun didara tẹ́ ọ lọrun: bẹ̃ni igba ewe rẹ di ọtun bi ti idì.

⁵ Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

⁶ Oluwa ṣe ododo ati idajọ fun gbogbo awọn ti a nilara.

⁶ The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

⁷ O fi ọ̀na rẹ̀ hàn fun Mose, iṣe rẹ̀ fun awọn ọmọ Israeli.

⁷ He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

⁸ Oluwa li alãnu ati olõre, o lọra ati binu, o si pọ̀ li ãnu.

⁸ The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

⁹ On kì ibaniwi nigbagbogbo: bẹ̃ni kì ipa ibinu rẹ̀ mọ́ lailai.

⁹ He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.

¹⁰ On kì iṣe si wa gẹgẹ bi ẹ̀ṣẹ wa; bẹ̃ni kì isan a fun wa gẹgẹ bi aiṣedede wa.

¹⁰ He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

¹¹ Nitori pe, bi ọrun ti ga si ilẹ, bẹ̃li ãnu rẹ̀ tobi si awọn ti o bẹ̀ru rẹ̀.

¹¹ For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.

¹² Bi ila-õrun ti jina si ìwọ-õrun, bẹ̃li o mu irekọja wa jina kuro lọdọ wa.

¹² As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

¹³ Bi baba ti iṣe iyọ́nu si awọn ọmọ, bẹ̃li Oluwa nṣe iyọ́nu si awọn ti o bẹ̀ru rẹ̀.

¹³ Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

¹⁴ Nitori ti o mọ̀ ẹda wa; o ranti pe erupẹ ni wa.

¹⁴ For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

¹⁵ Bi o ṣe ti enia ni, ọjọ rẹ̀ dabi koriko: bi itana eweko igbẹ bẹ̃li o gbilẹ.

¹⁵ As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.

¹⁶ Nitori ti afẹfẹ fẹ kọja lọ lori rẹ̀, kò sì si mọ́; ibujoko rẹ̀ kò mọ̀ ọ mọ́.

¹⁶ For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.

¹⁷ Ṣugbọn ãnu Oluwa lati aiyeraiye ni lara awọn ti o bẹ̀ru rẹ̀, ati ododo rẹ̀ lati ọmọ de ọmọ:

¹⁷ But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;

¹⁸ Si awọn ti o pa majẹmu rẹ̀ mọ́, ati si awọn ti o ranti ofin rẹ̀ lati ṣe wọn.

¹⁸ To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

¹⁹ Oluwa ti pèse itẹ́ rẹ̀ ninu ọrun; ijọba rẹ̀ li o si bori ohun gbogbo;

¹⁹ The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

²⁰ Ẹ fi ibukún fun Oluwa, ẹnyin angeli rẹ̀, ti o pọ̀ ni ipa ti nṣe ofin rẹ̀, ti nfi eti si ohùn ọ̀rọ rẹ̀.

²⁰ Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

²¹ Ẹ fi ibukún fun Oluwa, ẹnyin ọmọ-ogun rẹ̀ gbogbo; ẹnyin iranṣẹ rẹ̀, ti nṣe ifẹ rẹ̀.

²¹ Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

²² Ẹ fi ibukún fun Oluwa, gbogbo iṣẹ rẹ̀ ni ibi gbogbo ijọba rẹ̀: fi ibukún fun Oluwa, iwọ ọkàn mi.

²² Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.
