1 GBỌ adura mi, Oluwa, ki o si jẹ ki igbe mi ki o wá sọdọ rẹ.
1 Hear my prayer, O LORD, and let my cry come unto thee.
2 Máṣe pa oju rẹ mọ́ kuro lara mi li ọjọ ti emi wà ninu ipọnju; dẹ eti rẹ si mi: li ọjọ ti mo ba pè, da mi lohùn-lọgan.
2 Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily.
3 Nitori ti ọjọ mi run bi ẹ̃fin, egungun mi si jona bi àro.
3 For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as an hearth.
4 Aiya mi lù, o si rọ bi koriko; tobẹ̃ ti mo gbagbe lati jẹ onjẹ mi.
4 My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread.
5 Nitori ohùn ikerora mi, egungun mi lẹ̀ mọ ẹran-ara mi.
5 By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin.
6 Emi dabi ẹiyẹ ofú ni iju: emi dabi owiwi ibi ahoro.
6 I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert.
7 Emi nṣọra, emi dabi ologoṣẹ nikan ni ori ile.
7 I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top.
8 Awọn ọta mi ngàn mi li ọjọ gbogbo; ati awọn ti nṣe ikanra si mi, nwọn fi mi bu.
8 Mine enemies reproach me all the day; and they that are mad against me are sworn against me.
9 Emi sa jẹ ẽru bi onjẹ, emi si dà ohun mimu mi pọ̀ pẹlu omije.
9 For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping,
10 Nitori ikannu ati ibinu rẹ; nitori iwọ ti gbé mi soke, iwọ si gbé mi ṣanlẹ.
10 Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: for thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down.
11 Ọjọ mi dabi ojiji ti o nfà sẹhin; emi si nrọ bi koriko.
11 My days are like a shadow that declineth; and I am withered like grass.
12 Ṣugbọn iwọ, Oluwa, ni yio duro lailai; ati iranti rẹ lati iran dé iran.
12 But thou, O LORD, shalt endure for ever; and thy remembrance unto all generations.
13 Iwọ o dide, iwọ o ṣãnu fun Sioni: nitori igba ati ṣe oju-rere si i, nitõtọ, àkoko na de.
13 Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
14 Nitori ti awọn iranṣẹ rẹ ṣe inu didùn si okuta rẹ̀, nwọn si kãnu erupẹ rẹ̀.
14 For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.
15 Bẹ̃li awọn keferi yio ma bẹ̀ru orukọ Oluwa, ati gbogbo ọba aiye yio ma bẹ̀ru ogo rẹ.
15 So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.
16 Nigbati Oluwa yio gbé Sioni ró, yio farahan ninu ogo rẹ̀.
16 When the LORD shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory.
17 Yio juba adura awọn alaini, kì yio si gàn adura wọn.
17 He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.
18 Eyi li a o kọ fun iran ti mbọ̀; ati awọn enia ti a o da yio ma yìn Oluwa.
18 This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD.
19 Nitori ti o wò ilẹ lati òke ibi-mimọ́ rẹ̀ wá; lati ọrun wá ni Oluwa bojuwo aiye;
19 For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did the LORD behold the earth;
20 Lati gbọ́ irora ara-tubu; lati tú awọn ti a yàn si ikú silẹ;
20 To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death;
21 Lati sọ orukọ Oluwa ni Sioni, ati iyìn rẹ̀ ni Jerusalemu.
21 To declare the name of the LORD in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem;
22 Nigbati a kó awọn enia jọ pọ̀ ati awọn ijọba, lati ma sìn Oluwa.
22 When the people are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve the LORD.
23 O rẹ̀ agbara mi silẹ li ọ̀na; o mu ọjọ mi kuru.
23 He weakened my strength in the way; he shortened my days.
24 Emi si wipe, Ọlọrun mi, máṣe mu mi kuro li agbedemeji ọjọ mi: lati irandiran li ọdun rẹ.
24 I said, O my God, take me not away in the midst of my days: thy years are throughout all generations.
25 Lati igba atijọ ni iwọ ti fi ipilẹ aiye sọlẹ: ọrun si ni iṣẹ ọwọ rẹ,
25 Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.
26 They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed:
27 Ṣugbọn bakanna ni Iwọ, ọdun rẹ kò li opin.
27 But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.
28 Awọn ọmọ awọn iranṣẹ rẹ yio duro pẹ, a o si fi ẹsẹ iru-ọmọ wọn mulẹ niwaju rẹ.
28 The children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be established before thee.
