¹ EMI o kọrin ãnu ati ti idajọ: Oluwa, si ọ li emi o ma kọrin.

¹ I will sing of mercy and judgment: unto thee, O LORD, will I sing.

² Emi o ma rìn ìrin mi pẹlu ọgbọ́n li ọ̀na pipé. Nigbawo ni iwọ o tọ̀ mi wá! emi o ma rìn ninu ile mi pẹlu aiya pipé.

² I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.

³ Emi ki yio gbé ohun buburu siwaju mi: emi korira iṣẹ awọn ti o yapa, kì yio fi ara mọ mi.

³ I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.

⁴ Aiya ṣiṣo yio kuro lọdọ mi: emi kì yio mọ̀ enia buburu.

⁴ A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person.

⁵ Ẹnikẹni ti o ba nsọ̀rọ ẹnikeji rẹ̀ lẹhin, on li emi o ke kuro: ẹniti o ni ìwo giga ati igberaga aiya, on li emi kì yio jẹ fun.

⁵ Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.

⁶ Oju mi yio wà lara awọn olõtọ, ki nwọn ki o le ma ba mi gbe: ẹniti o ba nrìn li ọ̀na pipé, on ni o ma sìn mi.

⁶ Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.

⁷ Ẹniti o ba nṣe ẹ̀tan, kì o gbe inu ile mi: ẹniti o ba nsẹke kì yio duro niwaju mi.

⁷ He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.

⁸ Lojojumọ li emi o ma run gbogbo enia buburu ilẹ na; ki emi ki o le ke gbogbo oluṣe buburu kuro ni ilu Oluwa.

⁸ I will early destroy all the wicked of the land; that I may cut off all wicked doers from the city of the LORD.
