1 LI akotan, ará, ẹ mã yọ̀ ninu Oluwa. Kì iṣe inira fun mi lati kọwe ohun kanna si nyin, ṣugbọn fun nyin o jẹ ailewu.
1 Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.
2 Ẹ kiyesara lọdọ awọn ajá, ẹ kiyesara lọdọ awọn oniṣẹ-buburu, ẹ kiyesara lọdọ awọn onilà.
2 Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.
3 Nitori awa ni onilà, ti nsìn Ọlọrun nipa ti Ẹmí, awa si nṣogo ninu Kristi Jesu, awa kò si ni igbẹkẹle ninu ẹran-ara;
3 For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.
4 Bi emi tikarami tilẹ ni igbẹkẹle ninu ara. Bi ẹnikẹni ba rò pe on ni igbẹkẹle ninu ara, temi tilẹ ju:
4 Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more:
5 Ẹniti a kọ nilà ni ijọ kẹjọ, lati inu kukuté Israeli wá, lati inu ẹ̀ya Benjamini, Heberu lati inu Heberu wá; niti ofin, Farisi li emi;
5 Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee;
6 Niti itara, emi nṣe inunibini si ijọ; niti ododo ti o wà ninu ofin, mo jẹ alailẹgan.
6 Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.
7 Ṣugbọn ohunkohun ti o ti jasi ère fun mi, awọn ni mo ti kà si òfo nitori Kristi.
7 But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.
8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,
9 Ki a si le bá mi ninu rẹ̀, li aini ododo ti emi tikarami, ti o ti inu ofin wá, ṣugbọn eyi ti o ti inu igbagbọ wá ninu Kristi, ododo ti Ọlọrun nipasẹ igbagbọ́:
9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:
10 Ki emi ki o le mọ̀ ọ, ati agbara ajinde rẹ̀, ati alabapin ninu ìya rẹ̀, nigbati mo ba faramọ ikú rẹ̀;
10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
11 Bi o le ṣe ki emi ki o le de ibi ajinde awọn okú.
11 If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.
12 Kì iṣe pe ọwọ mi ti tẹ ẹ na, tabi mo ti di pipé: ṣugbọn emi nlepa nṣo, bi ọwọ́ mi yio le tẹ̀ ère na, nitori eyiti a ti di mi mu pẹlu, lati ọdọ Kristi Jesu wá.
12 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
13 Ará emi kò kà ara mi si ẹniti ọwọ́ rẹ̀ ti tẹ̀ ẹ na: ṣugbọn ohun kan yi li emi nṣe, emi ngbagbé awọn nkan ti o wà lẹhin, mo si nnàgà wò awọn nkan ti o wà niwaju,
13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
14 Emi nlepa lati de opin ire-ije nì fun ère ìpe giga Ọlọrun ninu Kristi Jesu.
14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
15 Nitorina, ẹ jẹ ki iye awa ti iṣe ẹni pipé ni ero yi: bi ẹnyin bá si ni ero miran ninu ohunkohun, eyi na pẹlu ni Ọlọrun yio fi hàn nyin.
15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.
16 Kiki pe, ibiti a ti de na, ẹ jẹ ki a mã rìn li oju ọna kanna, ki a ni ero kanna.
16 Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.
17 Ará, ẹ jumọ ṣe afarawe mi, ẹ si ṣe akiyesi awọn ti nrìn bẹ̃, ani bi ẹ ti ni wa fun apẹrẹ.
17 Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample.
18 (Nitori ọ̀pọlọpọ ni nrìn, nipasẹ awọn ẹniti mo ti nwi fun nyin nigbakugba, ani, ti mo si nsọkun bi mo ti nwi fun nyin nisisiyi, pe, ọtá agbelebu Kristi ni nwọn:
18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:
19 Igbẹhin ẹniti iṣe iparun, ikùn ẹniti iṣe ọlọrun wọn, ati ogo ẹniti o wà ninu itiju wọn, awọn ẹniti ntọju ohun aiye.)
19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)
20 Nitori ilu-ibilẹ wa mbẹ li ọrun: lati ibiti awa pẹlu gbé nfojusọna fun Olugbala, Jesu Kristi Oluwa:
20 For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:
21 Ẹniti yio sọ ara irẹlẹ wa di ọ̀tun ki o le bá ara ogo rẹ̀ mu, gẹgẹ bi iṣẹ-agbara nipasẹ eyiti on le fi tẹ ori ohun gbogbo ba fun ara rẹ̀.
21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
