1 NITORINA, ẹnyin ará mi olufẹ, ti mo si nṣafẹri gidigidi, ayọ̀ ati ade mi, ẹ duro ṣinṣin bẹ̃ ninu Oluwa, ẹnyin olufẹ mi.
1 Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved.
2 Emi mbẹ̀ Euodia, mo si mbẹ̀ Sintike, ki nwọn ni inu kanna ninu Oluwa.
2 I beseech Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the Lord.
3 Mo si bẹ ọ pẹlu, bi alajọru-ajaga mi tõtọ, ran awọn obinrin wọnni lọwọ, nitori nwọn mba mi ṣiṣẹ pọ̀ ninu ihinrere, ati Klementi pẹlu, ati awọn olubaṣiṣẹ mi iyoku pẹlu, orukọ awọn ti mbẹ ninu iwe ìye.
3 And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.
4 Ẹ mã yọ̀ ninu Oluwa nigbagbogbo: mo si tún wi, Ẹ mã yọ̀.
4 Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
5 Ẹ jẹ ki ipamọra nyin di mimọ̀ fun gbogbo enia. Oluwa mbẹ nitosi.
5 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
6 Ẹ máṣe aniyàn ohunkohun; ṣugbọn ninu ohun gbogbo, nipa adura ati ẹbẹ pẹlu idupẹ, ẹ mã fi ìbere nyin hàn fun Ọlọrun.
6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 Ati alafia Ọlọrun, ti o jù ìmọran gbogbo lọ, yio ṣọ ọkàn ati ero nyin ninu Kristi Jesu.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
8 Li akotan, ará, ohunkohun ti iṣe õtọ, ohunkohun ti iṣe ọ̀wọ, ohunkohun ti iṣe titọ́, ohunkohun ti iṣe mimọ́, ohunkohun ti iṣe fifẹ, ohunkohun ti o ni irohin rere; bi ìwa titọ́ kan ba wà, bi iyìn kan ba si wà, ẹ mã gbà nkan wọnyi rò.
8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
9 Nkan wọnni, ti ẹnyin ti kọ́, ti ẹnyin si ti gbà, ti ẹnyin si ti gbọ́, ti ẹnyin si ti ri lọwọ mi, ẹ mã ṣe wọn: Ọlọrun alafia yio si wà pẹlu nyin.
9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
10 Ṣugbọn emi yọ̀ gidigidi ninu Oluwa pe, asiwá-asibọ̀ ero nyin tun sọji fun mi, eyiti ẹ ti nro nitotọ, ṣugbọn ẹnyin kò ni akokò ti o wọ̀.
10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.
11 Kì iṣe pe emi nsọ nitori aini: nitoripe ipòkipo ti mo ba wà, mo ti kọ́ lati ni itẹlọrùn ninu rẹ̀.
11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
12 Mo mọ̀ bi ã ti iṣe di rirẹ̀-silẹ, mo mọ bi ã ti iṣe di pupọ: li ohunkohun ati li ohun gbogbo mo ti kọ́ aṣiri ati mã jẹ ajẹyó ati lati wà li aijẹ, lati mã ni anijù ati lati ṣe alaini.
12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
13 Emi le ṣe ohun gbogbo ninu Kristi ẹniti nfi agbara fun mi.
13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
14 Ṣugbọn ẹnyin ṣeun gidigidi niti pe ẹnyin ṣe alabapin ninu ipọnju mi.
14 Notwithstanding ye have well done, that ye did communicate with my affliction.
15 Ẹnyin papa si mọ̀ pẹlu, ẹnyin ara Filippi, pe li ibẹrẹ ihinrere, nigbati mo kuro ni Makedonia, kò si ijọ kan ti o ba mi ṣe alabapin niti gbigbà ati fifunni, bikoṣe ẹnyin nikanṣoṣo.
15 Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.
16 Nitori ni Tessalonika gidi, ẹnyin ranṣẹ, ẹ si tun ranṣẹ fun aini mi.
16 For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.
17 Kì iṣe nitoriti emi nfẹ ẹ̀bun na: ṣugbọn emi nfẹ eso ti yio mã di pupọ nitori nyin.
17 Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.
18 Ṣugbọn mo ni ohun gbogbo, mo si ti di pupọ: mo si kún nigbati mo ti gbà nkan wọnni ti a ti rán lati ọdọ nyin wá lọwọ Epafroditu, ọrẹ olõrùn didùn, ẹbọ itẹwọgbà, ti iṣe inu didùn gidigidi si Ọlọrun.
18 But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God.
19 Ṣugbọn Ọlọrun mi yio pèse ni kikún fun gbogbo aini nyin, gẹgẹ bi ọrọ̀ rẹ̀ ninu ogo ninu Kristi Jesu.
19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
20 Ṣugbọn ogo ni fun Ọlọrun ati Baba wa lai ati lailai. Amin.
20 Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
21 Ẹ kí olukuluku enia mimọ́ ninu Kristi Jesu. Awọn ara ti o wà pẹlu mi kí nyin.
21 Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren which are with me greet you.
22 Gbogbo awọn enia mimọ́ kí nyin, papa awọn ti iṣe ti agbo ile Kesari.
22 All the saints salute you, chiefly they that are of Caesar's household.
23 Ore-ọfẹ Jesu Kristi Oluwa wa, ki o wà pẹlu ẹmi nyin. Amin.
23 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
24 A kọ ọ si awọn ara Filippi lati Romu lọ lati ọwọ́ Epafroditu.
