Read Job 32

1 BẸ̃NI awọn ọkunrin mẹtẹta wọnyi dakẹ lati da Jobu lohùn, nitori o ṣe olododo loju ara rẹ̀.

1 So these three men ceased to answer Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes.

2 Nigbana ni inu bi Elihu, ọmọ Barakeli, ara Busi, lati ibatan idile Ramu; o binu si Jobu, nitoriti o da ara rẹ̀ lare kàka ki o da Ọlọrun lare.

2 Then was kindled the wrath of Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite, of the kindred of Ram: against Job was his wrath kindled, because he justified himself rather than God.

3 Inu rẹ̀ si bi si awọn ọ̀rẹ rẹ̀ mẹtẹta, nitoriti nwọn kò ni idahùn, bẹ̃ni nwọn dá Jobu lẹbi.

3 Also against his three friends was his wrath kindled, because they had found no answer, and yet had condemned Job.

4 Njẹ Elihu ti duro titi Jobu fi sọ̀rọ tan, nitoriti awọn wọnyi dàgba jù on lọ ni iye ọjọ.

4 Now Elihu had waited till Job had spoken, because they were elder than he.

5 Nigbati Elihu ri pe idahùn ọ̀rọ kò si li ẹnu awọn ọkunrin mẹtẹta wọnyi, nigbana ni o binu.

5 When Elihu saw that there was no answer in the mouth of these three men, then his wrath was kindled.

6 Elihu, ọmọ Barakeli, ara Busi, dahùn o si wipe, Ọmọde li emi, àgba si li ẹnyin; njẹ nitorina ni mo duro, mo si mbẹ̀ru lati fi ìmọ mi hàn nyin.

6 And Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite answered and said, I am young, and ye are very old; wherefore I was afraid, and durst not shew you mine opinion.

7 Emi wipe, ọjọ-jọjọ ni iba sọ̀rọ, ati ọ̀pọlọpọ ọdun ni iba ma kọ́ni li ọgbọ́n.

7 I said, Days should speak, and multitude of years should teach wisdom.

8 Ṣugbọn ẹmi kan ni o wà ninu enia, ati imisi Olodumare ni isi ma fun wọn li oye.

8 But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.

9 Enia nlanla kì iṣe ọlọgbọ́n, bẹ̃ni awọn àgba li oye idajọ kò ye.

9 Great men are not always wise: neither do the aged understand judgment.

10 Nitorina li emi ṣe wipe, ẹ dẹtisilẹ si mi, emi pẹlu yio fi ìmọ mi hàn.

10 Therefore I said, Hearken to me; I also will shew mine opinion.

11 Kiyesi i, emi ti duro de ọ̀rọ nyin, emi fetisi aroye nyin, nigbati ẹnyin nwá ọ̀rọ ti ẹnyin o sọ.

11 Behold, I waited for your words; I gave ear to your reasons, whilst ye searched out what to say.

12 Ani mo fiyesi nyin tinutinu, si kiyesi i, kò si ẹnikan ninu nyin ti o le já Jobu li irọ́, tabi ti o lè ida a lohùn ọ̀rọ rẹ̀!

12 Yea, I attended unto you, and, behold, there was none of you that convinced Job, or that answered his words:

13 Ki ẹnyin ki o má ba wipe, awa wá ọgbọ́n li awari: Ọlọrun li o lè bi i ṣubu, kì iṣe enia.

13 Lest ye should say, We have found out wisdom: God thrusteth him down, not man.

14 Bi on kò ti sọ̀rọ si mi, bẹ̃li emi kì yio fi ọ̀rọ nyin da a lohùn.

14 Now he hath not directed his words against me: neither will I answer him with your speeches.

15 Ẹnu si yà wọn, nwọn kò si dahùn mọ́, nwọn ṣiwọ ọ̀rọ isọ.

15 They were amazed, they answered no more: they left off speaking.

16 Mo si reti, nitoriti nwọn kò si fọhùn, nwọn dakẹ jẹ, nwọn kò si dahùn mọ́.

16 When I had waited, (for they spake not, but stood still, and answered no more;)

17 Bẹ̃li emi o si dahùn nipa ti emi, emi pẹlu yio si fi ìmọ mi hàn.

17 I said, I will answer also my part, I also will shew mine opinion.

18 Nitoripe emi kún fun ọ̀rọ sisọ, ẹmi nrọ̀ mi ni inu mi.

18 For I am full of matter, the spirit within me constraineth me.

19 Kiyesi i, ikùn mi dabi ọti-waini, ti kò ni oju-iho; o mura tan lati bẹ́ bi igo-awọ titun.

19 Behold, my belly is as wine which hath no vent; it is ready to burst like new bottles.

20 Emi o sọ, ki ara ki o le rọ̀ mi, emi o ṣi ète mi, emi o si dahùn.

20 I will speak, that I may be refreshed: I will open my lips and answer.

21 Lotitọ emi kì yio ṣe ojusaju enia, bẹ̃li emi kì yio si ṣe ipọnni fun ẹnikan.

21 Let me not, I pray you, accept any man's person, neither let me give flattering titles unto man.

22 Nitoripe emi kò mọ̀ ọ̀rọ ipọnni sọ, ni ṣiṣe bẹ̃ Ẹlẹda mi yio mu mi kuro lọgan.

22 For I know not to give flattering titles; in so doing my maker would soon take me away.
