1 NISISIYI, emi o kọ orin si olufẹ ọwọ́n mi, orin olùfẹ mi ọwọ́n niti ọ̀gba àjara rẹ̀. Olufẹ ọwọ́n mi ni ọ̀gba àjara lori okè ẹlẹtù loju:

1 Now will I sing to my wellbeloved a song of my beloved touching his vineyard. My wellbeloved hath a vineyard in a very fruitful hill:

2 O si sọ ọ̀gba yi i ka, o si ṣà okuta kuro ninu rẹ̀, o si gbìn ayànfẹ àjara si inu rẹ̀, o si kọ ile iṣọ sãrin rẹ̀, o si ṣe ifunti sinu rẹ̀ pẹlu: o si wò pe ki o so eso, ṣugbọn eso kikan li o so.

2 And he fenced it, and gathered out the stones thereof, and planted it with the choicest vine, and built a tower in the midst of it, and also made a winepress therein: and he looked that it should bring forth grapes, and it brought forth wild grapes.

3 Njẹ nisisiyi, ẹnyin ara Jerusalemu ati ẹnyin ọkunrin Juda, emi bẹ̀ nyin, ṣe idajọ lãrin mi, ati lãrin ọ̀gba àjara mi.

3 And now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem, and men of Judah, judge, I pray you, betwixt me and my vineyard.

4 Kini a ba ṣe si ọ̀gba àjara mi ti emi kò ti ṣe ninu rẹ̀, nigbati mo wò pe iba so eso, ẽṣe ti o fi so eso kikan?

4 What could have been done more to my vineyard, that I have not done in it? wherefore, when I looked that it should bring forth grapes, brought it forth wild grapes?

5 Njẹ nisisiyi, ẹ wá na, emi o sọ ohun ti emi o ṣe si ọ̀gba àjara mi fun nyin: emi o mu ọ̀gba rẹ̀ kuro, a o si jẹ ẹ run, emi o wo ogiri rẹ̀ lu ilẹ, a o si tẹ̀ ẹ mọlẹ.

5 And now go to; I will tell you what I will do to my vineyard: I will take away the hedge thereof, and it shall be eaten up; and break down the wall thereof, and it shall be trodden down:

6 Emi o si sọ ọ di ahoro, a kì yio tọ́ ẹka rẹ̀, bẹ̃ni a kì yio wà a, ṣugbọn ẹ̀wọn ati ẹ̀gún ni yio ma hù nibẹ, emi o si paṣẹ fun awọsanma ki o má rọjò sori rẹ̀.

6 And I will lay it waste: it shall not be pruned, nor digged; but there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.

7 Nitori ọ̀gba àjara Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun ni ile Israeli, ati awọn ọkunrin Juda ni igi-gbìgbin ti o wù u, o reti idajọ, ṣugbọn kiyesi i, inilara; o si reti ododo; ṣugbọn kiyesi i, igbe.

7 For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah his pleasant plant: and he looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry.

8 Egbe ni fun awọn ti o ni ile kún ile, ti nfi oko kún oko, titi ãyè kò fi si mọ, ki nwọn bà le nikan wà li ãrin ilẹ aiye!

8 Woe unto them that join house to house, that lay field to field, till there be no place, that they may be placed alone in the midst of the earth!

9 Li eti mi ni Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun sọ pe, Nitõtọ ọ̀pọ ile ni yio di ahoro, ile nla ati daradara laisi olugbe.

9 In mine ears said the LORD of hosts, Of a truth many houses shall be desolate, even great and fair, without inhabitant.

10 Nitõtọ ìwọn akeri mẹwa ọ̀gba àjara yio mu òṣuwọn bati kan wá, ati òṣuwọn irugbìn homeri kan yio mu òṣuwọn efa kan wá.

10 Yea, ten acres of vineyard shall yield one bath, and the seed of an homer shall yield an ephah.

11 Egbe ni fun awọn ti ima dide ni kùtukutu, ki nwọn le ma lepa ọti lile; ti nwọn wà ninu rẹ̀ titi di alẹ, titi ọti-waini mu ara wọn gbona!

11 Woe unto them that rise up early in the morning, that they may follow strong drink; that continue until night, till wine inflame them!

12 Ati durù, ati fioli, tabreti, ferè, ati ọti-waini wà ninu àse wọn: ṣugbọn nwọn kò kà iṣẹ Oluwa si, bẹ̃ni nwọn kò rò iṣẹ ọwọ́ rẹ̀.

12 And the harp, and the viol, the tabret, and pipe, and wine, are in their feasts: but they regard not the work of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hands.

13 Nitorina awọn enia mi lọ si oko-ẹrú, nitoriti oye kò si, awọn ọlọla wọn di rirù, ati ọ̀pọlọpọ wọn gbẹ fun orùngbẹ.

13 Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.

14 Nitorina ipò-òkú ti fun ara rẹ̀ li àye, o si là ẹnu rẹ̀ li aini ìwọn: ati ogo wọn, ati ọ̀pọlọpọ wọn, ati ọṣọ́ wọn, ati awọn ẹniti nyọ̀, yio sọkalẹ sinu rẹ̀.

14 Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it.

15 Enia lasan li a o rẹ̀ silẹ, ati ẹni-alagbara li a o rẹ̀ silẹ, oju agberaga li a o si rẹ̀ silẹ.

15 And the mean man shall be brought down, and the mighty man shall be humbled, and the eyes of the lofty shall be humbled:

16 Ṣugbọn Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun li a o gbe ga ni idajọ, ati Ọlọrun Ẹni-Mimọ́ yio jẹ mimọ́ ninu ododo.

16 But the LORD of hosts shall be exalted in judgment, and God that is holy shall be sanctified in righteousness.

17 Nigbana li awọn ọdọ-agutan yio ma jẹ̀ gẹgẹ bi iṣe wọn, ati ibi ahoro awọn ti o sanra li awọn alejò yio ma jẹ.

17 Then shall the lambs feed after their manner, and the waste places of the fat ones shall strangers eat.

18 Egbe ni fun awọn ti nfi ohun asan fà ìwa buburu, ati awọn ti o dabi ẹnipe nfi okùn kẹkẹ́ fà ẹ̀ṣẹ.

18 Woe unto them that draw iniquity with cords of vanity, and sin as it were with a cart rope:

19 Awọn ti o wipe, Jẹ ki o yara, ki o si mu iṣẹ rẹ̀ yara, ki awa ki o le ri i: ati jẹ ki ìmọ Ẹni-Mimọ́ Israeli sunmọ ihin, ki o si wá, ki awa ki o le mọ̀ ọ.

19 That say, Let him make speed, and hasten his work, that we may see it: and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know it!

20 Egbe ni fun awọn ti npè ibi ni rere, ati rere ni ibi, ti nfi okùnkun ṣe imọlẹ, ati imọlẹ ṣe okùnkun: ti nfi ikorò pe adùn, ati adùn pe ikorò!

20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

21 Egbe ni fun awọn ti nwọn gbọ́n li oju ara wọn, ti nwọn si mọ̀ oye li oju ara wọn!

21 Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!

22 Egbe ni fun awọn ti o ni ipá lati mu ọti-waini, ati awọn ọkunrin alagbara lati ṣe adàlu ọti lile:

22 Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink:

23 Awọn ẹniti o da are fun ẹni-buburu nitori ère, ti nwọn si mu ododo olododo kuro li ọwọ́ rẹ̀.

23 Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!

24 Nitorina bi iná ti ijo akekù koriko run, ti ọwọ́ iná si ijo iyàngbo; bẹ̃ni egbò wọn yio da bi rirà; itanna wọn yio si gòke bi ekuru; nitori nwọn ti ṣá ofin Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun tì, nwọn si ti gàn ọ̀rọ Ẹni-Mimọ Israeli.

24 Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

25 Nitorina ni ibinu Oluwa fi ràn si enia rẹ̀, o si ti na ọwọ́ rẹ̀ si wọn, o si ti lù wọn: awọn òke si warìri, okú wọn si wà bi igbẹ li ãrin igboro. Ni gbogbo eyi ibinu rẹ̀ kò yi kuro, ṣugbọn ọwọ́ rẹ̀ nà jade sibẹ.

25 Therefore is the anger of the LORD kindled against his people, and he hath stretched forth his hand against them, and hath smitten them: and the hills did tremble, and their carcases were torn in the midst of the streets. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

26 Yio si gbe ọpágun soke si awọn orilẹ-ède ti o jìna, yio si kọ si wọn lati opin ilẹ wá, si kiyesi i, nwọn o yara wá kánkán.

26 And he will lift up an ensign to the nations from far, and will hiss unto them from the end of the earth: and, behold, they shall come with speed swiftly:

27 Kò si ẹniti yio rẹ̀, tabi ti yio kọsẹ ninu wọn, kò si ẹniti yio tõgbe tabi ti yio sùn: bẹ̃ni amùre ẹgbẹ wọn kì yio tu, bẹ̃ni okùn bàta wọn kì yio ja.

27 None shall be weary nor stumble among them; none shall slumber nor sleep; neither shall the girdle of their loins be loosed, nor the latchet of their shoes be broken:

28 Awọn ẹniti ọfà wọn mu, ti gbogbo ọrun wọn si kàn, a o ka patakò ẹsẹ ẹṣin wọn si okuta akọ, ati kẹkẹ́ wọn bi ãja.

28 Whose arrows are sharp, and all their bows bent, their horses' hoofs shall be counted like flint, and their wheels like a whirlwind:

29 Kike wọn yio dabi ti kiniun, nwọn o ma ke bi awọn ọmọ kiniun, nitõtọ nwọn o ma ke, nwọn o si di ohun ọdẹ na mu, nwọn a si gbe e lọ li ailewu, kò si ẹnikan ti yio gbà a.

29 Their roaring shall be like a lion, they shall roar like young lions: yea, they shall roar, and lay hold of the prey, and shall carry it away safe, and none shall deliver it.

30 And in that day they shall roar against them like the roaring of the sea: and if one look unto the land, behold darkness and sorrow, and the light is darkened in the heavens thereof.
