1 LI ọdun ti Ussiah ọba kú, emi ri Oluwa joko lori itẹ ti o ga, ti o si gbe ara soke, iṣẹti aṣọ igunwà rẹ̀ kun tempili.

1 In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.

2 Awọn serafu duro loke rẹ̀: ọkọ̃kan wọn ni iyẹ mẹfa, o fi meji bò oju rẹ̀, o si fi meji bò ẹsẹ rẹ̀, o si fi meji fò.

2 Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.

3 Ikini si ke si ekeji pe, Mimọ́, mimọ́, mimọ́, li Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun, gbogbo aiye kún fun ogo rẹ̀.

3 And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.

4 Awọn òpo ilẹ̀kun si mì nipa ohùn ẹniti o ke, ile na si kún fun ẹ̃fin.

4 And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.

5 Nigbana ni mo wipe, Egbe ni fun mi, nitori mo gbé, nitoriti mo jẹ́ ẹni alaimọ́ etè, mo si wà lãrin awọn enia alaimọ́ etè, nitoriti oju mi ti ri Ọba, Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun.

5 Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts.

6 Nigbana ni ọkan ninu awọn serafu fò wá sọdọ mi, o ni ẹṣẹ́-iná li ọwọ́ rẹ̀, ti o ti fi ẹmú mu lati ori pẹpẹ wá.

6 Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar:

7 O si fi kàn mi li ẹnu, o si wipe, Kiyesi i, eyi ti kàn etè rẹ, a mu aiṣedede rẹ kuro, a si fọ ẹ̀ṣẹ rẹ nù.

7 And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.

8 Emi si gbọ́ ohùn Oluwa pẹlu wipe, Tali emi o rán, ati tani yio si lọ fun wa? Nigbana li emi wipe, Emi nĩ; rán mi.

8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.

9 On si wipe, Lọ, ki o si wi fun awọn enia yi, Ni gbigbọ́, ẹ gbọ́, ṣugbọn oye ki yio ye nyin; ni riri, ẹ ri, ṣugbọn ẹnyin ki yio si mọ̀ oye.

9 And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.

10 Mu ki aiya awọn enia yi ki o sebọ́, mú ki eti wọn ki o wuwo, ki o si di wọn li oju, ki nwọn ki o má ba fi eti wọn gbọ́, ki nwọn ki o má ba fi ọkàn wọn mọ̀, ki nwọn ki o má ba yipada, ki a má ba mu wọn li ara dá.

10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.

11 Nigbana ni emi wipe, Oluwa, yio ti pẹ to? O si dahùn pe, Titi awọn ilu-nla yio fi di ahoro, li aisi olugbe, ati awọn ile li aisi enia, ati ilẹ yio di ahoro patapata.

11 Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate,

12 Titi Oluwa yio fi ṣi awọn enia na kuro lọ rére, ti ikọ̀silẹ nla yio si wà ni inu ilẹ na.

12 And the LORD have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land.

13 Ṣugbọn sibẹ, idamẹwa yio wà ninu rẹ̀, yio si padà, yio si di rirun, bi igi teili, ati bi igi oakù eyiti ọpá wà ninu wọn, nigbati ewe wọn ba rẹ̀: bẹ̃ni iru mimọ́ na yio jẹ ọpá ninu rẹ̀.

13 But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves: so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof.
