Tali o ti gòke lọ si ọrun, tabi ti o si sọkalẹ wá? tali o kó afẹfẹ jọ li ọwọ rẹ̀? tali o di omi sinu aṣọ; tali o fi gbogbo opin aiye le ilẹ? Orukọ rẹ̀ ti ijẹ, ati orukọ ọmọ rẹ̀ ti ijẹ, bi iwọ ba le mọ̀ ọ?

Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son's name, if thou canst tell?
