Nwọn nàro bi igi ọpẹ, ṣugbọn nwọn kò fọhùn: gbigbe li a ngbe wọn, nitori nwọn kò le rin. Má bẹ̀ru wọn; nitori nwọn kò le ṣe buburu, bẹ̃li ati ṣe rere, kò si ninu wọn.

They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.
