Efraimu si dabi ọmọ-malu ti a kọ́, ti o si fẹ́ lati ma tẹ ọkà; ṣugbọn emi rekọja li ori ọrùn rẹ̀ ti o ni ẹwà: emi o mu ki Efraimu gùn ẹṣin; Juda yio tú ilẹ, Jakobu yio si fọ́ ogulùtu rẹ̀.

And Ephraim is as an heifer that is taught, and loveth to tread out the corn; but I passed over upon her fair neck: I will make Ephraim to ride; Judah shall plow, and Jacob shall break his clods.
