Emi ki yio lé wọn jade kuro niwaju rẹ li ọdún kan; ki ilẹ na ki o má ba di ijù, ki ẹranko igbẹ́ ki o má ba rẹ̀ si ọ.

I will not drive them out from before thee in one year; lest the land become desolate, and the beast of the field multiply against thee.
