Him change the sea to dry land; our ancestor waka pass the river with their foot. For there we rejoice for wetin him do.

Him dey rule forever with him might and keep him eye on top the nation. Make no rebel rise against him.

All nations, make una praise our God; make dem hear una praise.

Him don keep us alive and him never allow us fall.

You don test us, God; just as fire dey make silver pure, naso you don test us.

You make us fall for your trap and you put heavy load for our back.

You allow our enemy march on top us; we don pass through fire and flood, but now you don bring us to place where we dey safe.

I go bring burnt offering come your house; I go offer you wetin I promise.

I go give you wetin I talk say I go give when I dey for trouble.

I go offer sheep wey I go burn on top altar; I go sacrifice bull and goats, and the smoke go go up to the sky.

Make una come listen, una wey dey honor God, and I go tell una wetin him don do for me.

I cry to him for help; I praise him with songs.

If I no pay attention to my sin, God for no listen to me.

But God don hear me; him don hear my prayer

I dey praise God, because him no reject my prayer or keep him constant love back from me.
