Psalms 62
1 I dey wait patiently make God save me; na only him I depend on.
2 Na only you dey save and protect me; na him be my defender, and nobody go fit defeat me.
3 How long all of una go take dey attack person wey no strong pass fence wey don break down?
4 Una wan just bring am down from him place of honor; una dey enjoy to dey lie. Una dey speak word of blessing but for una heart una dey curse him.
5 Na only God I depend on; I dey put my hope in him.
6 Na only him dey save and protect me; him na my defender, and I no go dey defeated.
7 Na God I dey depend on for salvation and honor; na him be my strong protector; na him be my shelter.
8 My people, make una trust God at all time. Tell him all una trouble, because na him be our refuge.
9 Human being be like puff of air; great and small dey useless the same. If you put them on top scale, dem no dey weigh anything; dem dey light pass ordinary air.
10 No put you trust in violence; no hope say you go gain anything if you rob; even if you get rich more, no depend on them
11 I don hear God tell me plenty time say power belong to him
12 and say him love no dey change. O Lord, reward everybody according to wetin them dey do by yourself.
