Psalms 46

¹ Na God be our shelter and strength, him dey always dey ready to help in time of trouble.

² So we no go fear, even if the earth dey shake and mountain dey fall inside ocean;

³ Even if the ocean dey shout and vex, and the hill dey shake by violence.

⁴ E get one river wey dey bring joy to the city of God, to the holy house of the Most High.

⁵ God dey for that city, and e no go ever destroy; for morning he go come to him rescue.

⁶ Nations dey fear, kingdoms dey shake; God dey thunder, and the earth dey dissolve.

⁷ The LORD Almighty dey with us; the God of Jacob na our protection.

⁸ Come see wetin the LORD don do. See the amazing things wey him don do on earth.

⁹ Him stop war all over the world; him break bows, destroy spear, and set fire on top shield.

¹⁰ He talk say, “Make una stop to dey fight, and una go know say I be God, supreme among nations, supreme over the world.”

¹¹ The LORD almighty dey with us; the God of Jacob na our protection.
