Psalms 29

¹ Praise the LORD, una wey dey heaven; praise him glory and power.

² Praise the glorious name of God; When the Holy one show, make una bow down.

³ On top the sea, dem dey hear the LORD voice; the glorious thunder from God, and him voice dey echo on top ocean.

⁴ Dem hear the voice of God in all him majesty and might.

⁵ The voice of the LORD break the cedars, even the cedars of Lebanon.

⁶ He dey make mountains of Lebanon dey jump like calf and he dey make mount Hermon waka like young bull.

⁷ The voice of the LORD dey make lightning flash.

⁸ Him voice dey make desert dey shake; he dey shake desert of Kadesh.

⁹ The LORD voice dey shake the oaks and he dey commot leaf from tree and everyone wey dey the temple dey shout say, “Glory to GOD!”

¹⁰ Na God dey rule over deep water; he go rule as king forever.

¹¹ God dey give strength to him people and he dey bless them with peace.
