Psalms 26

¹ Make me innocent, O LORD, because I dey do wetin dey right and I trust you completely.

² Check me and test me, LORD; make you judge my wish and wetin I dey think.

³ Your constant love na my guide; Na your faithfulness dey always lead me.

⁴ I no dey make friend with people wey dey useless; I no get anything with people wey dey pretend.

⁵ I hate where evil people dey and I no get anything to do with bad-belle people.

⁶ LORD, I been wash my hand to show say I dey innocent and I dey waka worship round your altar.

⁷ I dey sing thanksgiving song and I dey talk of all the good things wey you dey do.

⁸ I love the house wey you dey live, O LORD, the place wey your glory dey settle.

⁹ No destroy me with sinners; make you spare me from destiny of killers –

¹⁰ those wey dey do evil every time and wey dey always dey ready to collect bribe.

¹¹ As for me, I dey do wetin dey right, make you get mercy on me and save me!

¹² I dey safe from all danger; I go praise the LORD for the gathering of him people.
