Psalms 141
I dey call you, LORD; make you come help me now; make you hear me when I call you.
Receive my prayer as incense, receive my hand wey I lift as evening sacrifice.
LORD, control my mouth, put guard for door of my lips.
Keep me so that I no go wan dey do wrong and keep me make I no join evil people for the wicked things wey dem dey do. Make I no take part in their feast.
Good people fit punish me and condemn me, but I no go ever take honor from evil people, because I always dey pray against evil work.
When dem throw their leader down from high rock, the people go gree say my word na true.
Like wood wey don split and scatter to pieces, naso their bone go scatter for edge of their grave.
But I go continue dey trust you, my sovereign LORD. I dey find your protection; no let me die;
Protect me from trap wey dem set for me, from the work of those evildoers.
Make the wicked fall inside their own trap, as I dey pass without harm.
