Psalms 118
1 Make una give thanks to the LORD, because he dey good, and him love dey last forever.
2 Let people of Israel talk say, Him love dey last forever.
3 Let priest of God talk say, Him love dey last forever.
4 Let all wey dey worship him talk say, Him love dey last forever.
5 I dey call God in my trouble; he answer me and he free me.
6 God dey with me, I no go fear; wetin anybody fit do me?
7 Na the LORD dey help, and I go see my enemy downfall.
8 E better make person trust God pass make he depend on people.
9 E better make person trust God pass make he depend on human being leader.
10 Plenty enemy dey around me, but I destroy them by the power of the LORD
11 Dem dey around me for every side; but I destroy them by the power of the LORD
12 Dem dey fly around me like bee, but dem burn quick like bush fire; na by the power of the LORD I dey destroy them.
13 Dem attack me with violence and dem defeat me, but God help me.
14 The LORD make me powerful and strong; he don save me.
15 Hear as dem dey shout victory for the tent of God people say; The LORD Almighty power don do am!
16 Him power don bring us victory - him mighty power for battle.
17 I no go die; instead, I go live and talk about wetin the LORD don do.
18 He don punish me badly but him never allow me die.
19 Open gate of the Temple for me; I go enter go give thanks to the LORD!
20 This na the gate of the LORD; na only those wey dey righteous fit enter.
21 I praise you, LORD, because you dey hear me, because you don give me victory.
22 The stone wey the builder reject wey dem talk say e dey useless, na him come dey important pass all.
23 Na the LORD do am; the sight na wonderful thing to see!
24 This na the day of the LORD victory; make we happy. Make we celebrate
25 Save us, LORD, save us; give us success, O LORD!
26 Make God bless those wey come in the name of the LORD! We dey bless you from the Temple of the LORD.
27 The LORD na God; he don dey good to us. With branch for your hand, start the festival and march around the altar.
28 LORD, you be my God, and I give you thanks! My God, I praise you!.
