1 Praise the LORD! Thank God, because he dey good; him love dey last forever.
2 Who fit talk all the great thing wey him don do? Who fit praise am enough?
3 People wey obey him command and wey dey do right thing go dey happy.
4 LORD, remember me when you dey help your people; add me join when you dey save them.
5 Make I see the success of your people and make I share in the happiness wey your nation dey get.
6 We don sin like our ancestor; we don do wicked and evil things.
7 Our ancestor wey dey Egypt no know God wonderful work; dem forget plenty time wey him show them love, and dem rebel against the Almighty for Red Sea.
8 But he save them as he don promise, so that him go show him great power.
9 Him command the Red Sea, and e dry up; he lead him people across on top dry land.
10 He save them from those wey hate them; he save them from their enemy.
11 But the water kill their enemy; no one remain.
12 Him people con believe him promise and dem sing praise to him.
13 But dem quick forget wetin him don do and them no wait for him advice before dem act.
14 Dem test God when hunger begin dey wire them inside desert;
15 So him give them wetin dem ask of; but him send terrible disease to them.
16 For inside desert dem dey jealous Moses and Aaron, God holy servant.
17 Naso the earth open and e swallow Dathan and bury Abiram and him family;

23 When God talk say him go destroy him people, the servant wey him choose, Moses, stand up against God and keep him anger from destroying them.
24 Dem con reject the good land because dem no believe God promise.
25 Dem dey inside their tent dey complain and dem no gree listen to the LORD.
26 So him give them warning say him go make them die for desert
27 and scatter their descendant among pagan, he go let them die for foreign country.
28 God people join to dey worship Baal for Peor and dem chop sacrifice wey dem offer to dead gods.
29 Dem make God vex with wetin dem dey do, and terrible disease con attack them.
30 But Phinehas stand up punish those wey dey guilty, and the disease stop.

40 Naso God con vex with him people; and their enemy rule over them.
41 He abandon them to the power of pagan, and their enemy rule over them.
42 Their enemy suffer them, and dem submit theirself to them.
43 God don save him people plenty time; but dem choose to dey disobey him and sink deep inside sin.
44 Still God hear them when dem cry out, and him dey notice their trouble.

47 O LORD our God, save us and bring us back among the nations, so that we go fit praise your holy name.
