Psalms 104
1 Praise the LORD, my soul! O LORD, my God, you be great God! Na majesty and glory be your cloth;
2 you been cover yourself with light. You don spread the heaven like tent
3 and build your house on top water wey dey above. You been use the cloud as your chariot and you ride on top wing of the wind.
4 You been use the wind as your messenger. And your servant na flash of lightning.
5 You don put the earth on top foundation; and e no go fit move.
6 You been put the ocean over am like cloth, and the water cover the mountain.
7 When you been shout for water, dem rush away; dem run as dem hear your command:
8 Dem flow from mountains to valley, to the place wey you make for them.
9 You set border wey dem no fit pass, make dem no fit cover the earth again.
10 You make spring flow for valley, and river dey for hill.
11 Na them dey give water to wild animal: na for there wild donkey dey go take water if water dey hungry am.
12 Inside the tree wey dey near, bird dey make nest and sing.
13 You send rain on top the hill from sky, and the earth dey full of your blessing.
14 You make grass grow for cattle and plant for human being, so that dem fit grow their own crop
15 and make wine to make them happy, olive oil to make us dey glad, and bread to dey give us strength.
16 The cedar of Lebanon dey get plenty rain - the tree wey the LORD himself plant.
17 Na for there bird dey build their nest; the stork dey build nest for fir tree;
18 The wild goat dey live for high mountain, and the rock badger dey hide for cliff.
19 You been create moon to mark the months; and the sun know the time e suppose go down.
20 You make night and all wild animal dey come out in dark.
21 The young lion dey shout when dem dey hunt, dem dey look for food wey God don provide.
22 When the sun rise, dem dey go back lie down for where dem dey live.
23 Then people dey commot go do their work until evening.
24 LORD, you don make so many things; e dey very wise as you make them all; na wetin you create full the earth.
25 Na the ocean be that wey dey very big, wey plenty creature dey live, big and small dey there.
26 The ship dey move on top am. And inside am Leviathan dey play, the sea monster wey you make.
27 All of them dey depend on you to give them food when dem need am.
28 You give am to them and dem dey chop am; you give them food and dem dey belleful.
29 When you turn away, dem dey fear; when you take away your breath, dem dey die and go back to dust wey dem come from.
30 But when you give them breath, you dey form them; you dey give new life to the earth.
31 Make the glory of God last forever! make the LORD happy with wetin him don make!
32 He look at earth, and e shake; he touch the mountains and dem dey bring out smoke.
33 I go sing to the LORD all my life; so far say I dey alive I go sing praise to God.
34 Make he dey pleased with my song, because my happiness dey come from him.
35 Make all sinner dey destroyed from earth; make the wicked no dey again. Praise the LORD, my soul! Praise the LORD!
