Proverbs 9
Wisdom don build hin house and e don make seven pillars for am.
E don kill animals for the feast, e don mix spices in the wine, and e don set the table.
E don send hin servant women make dem call out from the highest places in the town:
Make una come in, people wey no know anything!: and e tell the foolish people say,
Make una come chop my food and drink the wine wey I don mix.
Make una commot from the gathering of ignorant people, and live. Make una follow the way of knowledge.
If una correct selfish people, dem go only insult una. If una lecture evil people, una go only get hurt.
Make una no correct arrogant people; dem go hate una for that. But if una correct the wise, dem go respect una.
Anything wey una tell the wise go make them become more wise. Anything wey una tell the righteous go add to their knowledge.
To dey wise, una must first respect God. If una know the Holy One, una get understanding.
Wisdom go add years to una life.
Na una be the one wey go enjoy if una get wisdom, and if una reject am, na una be the one wey go suffer.
Stupidity be like loud, ignorant, woman, wey no get shame.

And she dey call people wey dey pass by, wey dey mind their own business say:
