Proverbs 3
1 My pikin, no forget my law; but allow make your heart dey keep my commandments.
2 My teaching go give you long and peaceful life.

4 If you con do this, you go find favor and good understanding with God and people.
5 Make you trust in God with all your heart. Make you no rely on wetin you think say you know.
6 Make you remember God in everything wey you do, and he go show you the right way.
7 No allow yourself think say you wise pass as you be; make you just obey God and no gree to dey do wrong.
8 If you do am, e go be like good medicine, wey dey heal your wound and wey dey ease your pains.
9 Make you honor God by giving him offering from the best of wetin your land dey produce.
10 If you con do am, grains go full your building, and you go get plenty wine wey be say you no go fit store all of am.
11 My pikin, when God dey correct you, make you pay attention and take am as warning.
12 Na those wey God love he dey correct, just as father dey correct the pikin wey he love.
13 Person wey find wisdom, and gain understanding na happy person.
14 Plenty profit dey inside am pass the one wey dey for silver; e get value pass gold to you.
15 Wisdom dey get value pass jewels; nothing wey you want wey fit be like am.
16 Wisdom dey give you long life, plus wealth and honor.
17 Wisdom fit make your life sweet and lead you safe through am.
18 Those wey dey wise dey get joy; wisdom go give them life.
19 God create the earth with him own wisdom; na him knowledge he take set the sky.
20 Him wisdom dey make rivers dey flow and make cloud to dey give rain to earth.
21 My pikin, hold your wisdom and understanding. Make you no allow them commot from you.
22 Dem go provide sweet and happy life to you.
23 You go fit dey move safe on your way and you no go even fall.
24 You no go fear when you dey for bed, and you go sleep well through the night.
25 You no go fear disasters, or the kind sorrow wey dey fall on top wicked people like storm.
26 God go keep you safe. He no go allow you fall enter trap.
27 Anytime wey you fit do am, make you dey do good to anyone wey need am.
28 No tell your neighbor to wait till tomorrow if you fit help them now.
29 No plan anything wey go hurt your neighbor; dem dey live beside you, dem dey trust you.
30 No argue with others for any reason when dem no do you any harm.
31 No dey jealous of violent people or decide to dey act like dem dey do,
32 Because God hate people wey dey do evil, but he dey take righteous people to him secret.
33 God dey put curse on top homes of the wicked, but he don bless the homes of the righteous.
34 He no go get any use for selfish people, but he dey show favor to those wey dey humble.
35 Wise people go gain good name, but stupid people go only add join their own shame.
