Isaiah 56

¹ God tell him people say, “Make una do wetin dey just and right, because I go soon save una.

² I go bless those wey dey always keep the sabbath and wey no dey mis use am. I go bless those wey no do anything evil.”

³ Make a foreigners wey don join people of God no talk say, “The LORD no go allow me worship with him people.” Make the man wey dem don castrate no think say because he no fit get children, he no fit be part of people of God.

⁴ God tell that kind man say, “If you dey honour me to dey observe the sabbath and if you dey do wetin make me happy and faithfully keeping my covenant,

⁵ Then dem go remember your name for my Temple and among my people for long pass make you get sons and daughters. Dem no go forget you.”

⁶ And God tell those foreigners wey become part of him people, wey love him and serve him, wey observe the sabbath and faithfully keep him covenant say:

⁷ “I go bring una come Zion, my holy hill, I go give una joy for my house of prayer, and I go accept the sacrifice wey una offer on top my altar. Dem go dey call my Temple house of prayer for people of all nations.”

⁸ The Almighty LORD, wey don bring him people Israel come home from foreign land, don promise say he go still bring other people make dem join them.

⁹ God don tell the foreign nations say make dem come like wild animals and devour him people.

¹ He talk say, “All the leaders, wey suppose warn my people, dey blind! Dem no know anything. Dem be like watchdog wey no dey bark- dem just dey lie down and dream. dem too love to dey sleep!

¹ Dem be like greedy dog wey no dey belle full. These leaders no get understanding. Each of them dey do as dem like and them dey look for wetin go pay them.

¹ ‘These drunkard talk say,’Make we get some wine, ‘and drink all fit drink! Tomorrow go even better pass today!’”
