Esther 7

¹ Naso the king and Haman go chop with Esther for second time.

² As dem dey drink wine, the king ask say, "Now, Queen Esther, wetin you want? Tell me and you go get am. I go even give you half of the empire."

³ Queen Esther answer say, "If e please Your Majesty make you grant my humble request, my wish na say make I live and make my people live.

⁴ Dem don sell me and my people for slaughter. If e no be anything wey serious pass make dem sell us to slavery, I for keep quiet and I for no bother you about am; but dem don ready to destroy us!"

⁵ King Xerxes con ask Queen Esther say, "Who dem born well wey go do that kind thing? Where be this man?"

⁶ Esther reply say, "Our enemy, our persecutor, na this evil man Haman!" Haman dey look the king and the queen in fear.

⁷ The king con take vex stand up, commot for the room, and go outside to the palace gardens. Haman don see say the king don determine to punish him for this, naso he con stay back to beg Queen Esther for him life.

⁸ He just throw himself down on top couch where Esther dey sit to beg for mercy, when the king dey come back to the room from the gardens. As he con see this, the king cry out say, "Shey this man go rape the queen for my front, for my own palace?" After the king talk like that, servants enter and kill Haman.

⁹ Naso one of them, wey him name na Harbonah, talk say, "Haman even go too far to go build post wey dem dey use hang for him house so that he fit hang Mordechai, wey save the life of Your Majesty. And na 22meters tall e be!" The king command say, "Make una hang Haman on top am!"
