¹ AGỌ rẹ wọnni ti li ẹwà to, Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun!

¹ How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!

² Ọkàn mi nfà nitõtọ, o tilẹ pe ongbẹ fun agbala Oluwa: aiya mi ati ara mi nkigbe si Ọlọrun alãye.

² My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.

³ Nitõtọ, ologoṣẹ ri ile, ati alapandẹdẹ tẹ́ itẹ fun ara rẹ̀, nibiti yio gbe ma pa awọn ọmọ rẹ̀ mọ́ si, ani ni pẹpẹ rẹ wọnni, Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun, Ọba mi ati Ọlọrun mi.

³ Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.

⁴ Ibukún ni fun awọn ti ngbe inu ile rẹ: nwọn o ma yìn ọ sibẹ.

⁴ Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah.

⁵ Ibukún ni fun enia na, ipá ẹniti o wà ninu rẹ: li ọkàn ẹniti ọ̀na rẹ wà.

⁵ Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them.

⁶ Awọn ti nla afonifoji omije lọ, nwọn sọ ọ di kanga; akọrọ-òjo si fi ibukún bò o.

⁶ Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.

⁷ Nwọn nlọ lati ipá de ipá, ni Sioni ni awọn yọ niwaju Ọlọrun.

⁷ They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God.

⁸ Oluwa Ọlọrun awọn ọmọ-ogun, gbọ́ adura mi; fi eti si i, Ọlọrun Jakobu.

⁸ O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah.

⁹ Kiyesi i, Ọlọrun asà wa, ki o si ṣiju wò oju Ẹni-ororo rẹ.

⁹ Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed.

¹⁰ Nitori pe ọjọ kan ninu agbala rẹ sanju ẹgbẹrun ọjọ lọ. Mo fẹ ki nkuku ma ṣe adena ni ile Ọlọrun mi, jù lati ma gbe agọ ìwa-buburu.

¹⁰ For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.

¹¹ Nitori Oluwa Ọlọrun li õrun ati asà: Oluwa yio fun ni li ore-ọfẹ ati ogo: kò si ohun rere ti yio fà sẹhin lọwọ awọn ti nrìn dede.

¹¹ For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

¹² Oluwa awọn ọmọ-ogun, ibukún ni fun oluwarẹ̀ na ti o gbẹkẹle ọ.

¹² O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.
