1 ẸNYIN ha nsọ ododo nitõtọ, ẹnyin ijọ enia? ẹnyin ha nṣe idajọ ti o ṣe titọ, ẹnyin ọmọ enia?
1 Do ye indeed speak righteousness, O congregation? do ye judge uprightly, O ye sons of men?
2 Nitõtọ, ẹnyin nṣiṣẹ buburu li aiya; ẹnyin nwọ̀n ìwa-agbara ọwọ nyin li aiye.
2 Yea, in heart ye work wickedness; ye weigh the violence of your hands in the earth.
3 Lati inu iya wọn wá li awọn enia buburu ti ṣe iyapa: nwọn ti ṣina lojukanna ti a ti bi wọn, nwọn a ma ṣeke.
3 The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies.
4 Oró wọn dabi oró ejò: nwọn dabi aditi ejò pamọlẹ ti o di ara rẹ̀ li eti;
4 Their poison is like the poison of a serpent: they are like the deaf adder that stoppeth her ear;
5 Ti kò fẹ igbọ́ ohùn awọn atuniloju, bi o ti wù ki o ma fi ọgbọ́n ṣe ituju to.
5 Which will not hearken to the voice of charmers, charming never so wisely.
6 Ká wọn li ehin, Ọlọrun, li ẹnu wọn: ká ọ̀gan awọn ọmọ kiniun nì, Oluwa.
6 Break their teeth, O God, in their mouth: break out the great teeth of the young lions, O LORD.
7 Ki nwọn ki o yọ́ danu bi omi ti nṣàn nigbagbogbo: nigbati o ba fa ọrun lati tafà rẹ̀, ki nwọn ki o dabi ẹnipe a ke wọn ni ijanja.
7 Let them melt away as waters which run continually: when he bendeth his bow to shoot his arrows, let them be as cut in pieces.
8 Bi igbín ti a tẹ̀ rẹ́ ti o si ṣegbe: bi iṣẹnu obinrin, bẹ̃ni ki nwọn ki o má ṣe ri õrùn.
8 As a snail which melteth, let every one of them pass away: like the untimely birth of a woman, that they may not see the sun.
9 Ki ikoko nyin ki o to mọ̀ igbona ẹgún, iba tutu iba ma jo, yio fi iji gbá wọn lọ.
9 Before your pots can feel the thorns, he shall take them away as with a whirlwind, both living, and in his wrath.
10 Olododo yio yọ̀ nigbati o ba ri ẹsan na: yio si wẹ̀ ẹsẹ rẹ̀ ninu ẹ̀jẹ awọn enia buburu.
10 The righteous shall rejoice when he seeth the vengeance: he shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked.
11 Bẹ̃li enia o si wipe, Lõtọ, ère mbẹ fun olododo: lõtọ, on li Ọlọrun ti o nṣe idajọ ni aiye.
11 So that a man shall say, Verily there is a reward for the righteous: verily he is a God that judgeth in the earth.
