1 OLUWA, iwọ ni mo gbé ọkàn mi soke si.
1 Unto thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.
2 Ọlọrun mi, emi gbẹkẹle ọ: máṣe jẹ ki oju ki o ti mi, máṣe jẹ ki awọn ọta mi ki o yọ̀ mi.
2 O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.
3 Lõtọ, maṣe jẹ ki oju ki o tì ẹnikẹni ti o duro tì ọ: awọn ti nṣẹ̀ li ainidi ni oju yio tì.
3 Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.
4 Fi ọ̀na rẹ hàn mi, Oluwa; kọ́ mi ni ipa tirẹ.
4 Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.
5 Sin mi li ọ̀na otitọ rẹ, ki o si kọ́ mi: nitori iwọ li Ọlọrun igbala mi; iwọ ni mo duro tì li ọjọ gbogbo.
5 Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.
6 Oluwa, ranti ãnu ati iṣeun-ifẹ rẹ ti o ni irọnu; nitoriti nwọn ti wà ni igba atijọ.
6 Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old.
7 Máṣe ranti ẹ̀ṣẹ igba-ewe mi, ati irekọja mi: gẹgẹ bi ãnu rẹ iwọ ranti mi, Oluwa, nitori ore rẹ:
7 Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness' sake, O LORD.
8 Rere ati diduro-ṣinṣin ni Oluwa: nitorina ni yio ṣe ma kọ́ ẹlẹṣẹ li ọ̀na na.
8 Good and upright is the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
9 Onirẹlẹ ni yio tọ́ li ọ̀na ti ó tọ́, ati onirẹlẹ ni yio kọ́ li ọ̀na rẹ̀.
9 The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.
10 Gbogbo ipa Oluwa li ãnu ati otitọ, fun irú awọn ti o pa majẹmu rẹ̀ ati ẹri rẹ̀ mọ́.
10 All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
11 Nitori orukọ rẹ, Oluwa, dari ẹ̀ṣẹ mi jì, nitori ti o tobi.
11 For thy name's sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great.
12 Ọkunrin wo li o bẹ̀ru Oluwa? on ni yio kọ́ li ọ̀na ti yio yàn.
12 What man is he that feareth the LORD? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.
13 Ọkàn rẹ̀ yio joko ninu ire, irú-ọmọ rẹ̀ yio si jogun aiye.
13 His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth.
14 Aṣiri Oluwa wà pẹlu awọn ti o bẹ̀ru rẹ̀, yio si fi wọn mọ̀ majẹmu rẹ̀.
14 The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.
15 Oju mi gbé soke si Oluwa lai; nitori ti yio fà ẹsẹ mi yọ kuro ninu àwọn na.
15 Mine eyes are ever toward the LORD; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net.
16 Yipada si mi, ki o si ṣãnu fun mi; nitori ti mo di ofo, mo si di olupọnju.
16 Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted.
17 Iṣẹ́ aiya mi di pupọ: mu mi jade ninu ipọnju mi.
17 The troubles of my heart are enlarged: O bring thou me out of my distresses.
18 Wò ipọnju mi ati irora mi; ki o si dari gbogbo ẹ̀ṣẹ mi jì mi.
18 Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins.
19 Wò awọn ọta mi, nwọn sá pọ̀; nwọn si korira mi ni irira ìka.
19 Consider mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred.
20 Pa ọkàn mi mọ́, ki o si gbà mi: máṣe jẹ ki oju ki o tì mi; nitori mo gbẹkẹ̀ mi le ọ.
20 O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.
21 Jẹ ki ìwa-titọ ati iduro-ṣinṣin ki o pa mi mọ́: nitoriti mo duro tì ọ.
21 Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee.
22 Rà Israeli pada, Ọlọrun, kuro ninu ìṣẹ́ rẹ̀ gbogbo.
22 Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
