1 KÌ iṣe fun wa, Oluwa, kì iṣe fun wa, bikoṣe orukọ rẹ li a fi ogo fun nitori ãnu rẹ, ati nitori otitọ rẹ.
1 Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake.
2 Nitori kili awọn keferi yio ṣe wipe, Nibo li Ọlọrun wọn wà nisisiyi?
2 Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is now their God?
3 Ṣugbọn Ọlọrun wa mbẹ li ọrun: o nṣe ohun-kohun ti o wù u.
3 But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased.
4 Fadaka ati wura li ere wọn, iṣẹ ọwọ enia.
4 Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.
5 Nwọn li ẹnu, ṣugbọn nwọn kò sọ̀rọ: nwọn li oju, ṣugbọn nwọn kò riran.
5 They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not:
6 Nwọn li eti, ṣugbọn nwọn kò gbọran: nwọn ni imu, ṣugbọn nwọn kò gbõrun.
6 They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not:
7 Nwọn li ọwọ, ṣugbọn nwọn kò lò o: nwọn li ẹsẹ, ṣugbọn nwọn kò rìn: bẹ̃ni nwọn kò sọ̀rọ lati ọfun wọn jade.
7 They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.
8 Awọn ti nṣe wọn dabi wọn; bẹ̃li olukuluku ẹniti o gbẹkẹle wọn.
8 They that make them are like unto them; so is every one that trusteth in them.
9 Israeli, iwọ gbẹkẹle Oluwa: on ni iranlọwọ wọn ati asà wọn.
9 O Israel, trust thou in the LORD: he is their help and their shield.
10 Ara-ile Aaroni, gbẹkẹle Oluwa, on ni iranlọwọ wọn ati asà wọn.
10 O house of Aaron, trust in the LORD: he is their help and their shield.
11 Ẹnyin ti o bẹ̀ru Oluwa, gbẹkẹle Oluwa: on ni iranlọwọ wọn ati asà wọn.
11 Ye that fear the LORD, trust in the LORD: he is their help and their shield.
12 Oluwa ti nṣe iranti wa: yio bùsi i fun wa: yio bùsi i fun ara-ile Israeli; yio bùsi i fun ara-ile Aaroni.
12 The LORD hath been mindful of us: he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron.
13 Yio bùsi i fun awọn ti o bẹ̀ru Oluwa, ati ewe ati àgba.
13 He will bless them that fear the LORD, both small and great.
14 Oluwa yio mu nyin bisi i siwaju ati siwaju, ẹnyin ati awọn ọmọ nyin.
14 The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children.
15 Ẹnyin li ẹni-ibukún Oluwa, ti o da ọrun on aiye.
15 Ye are blessed of the LORD which made heaven and earth.
16 Ọrun ani ọrun ni ti Oluwa; ṣugbọn aiye li o fi fun awọn ọmọ enia.
16 The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD's: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.
17 Okú kò yìn Oluwa, ati gbogbo awọn ti o sọkalẹ lọ sinu idakẹ.
17 The dead praise not the LORD, neither any that go down into silence.
18 Ṣugbọn awa o ma fi ibukún fun Oluwa, lati igba yi lọ ati si i lailai. Ẹ yìn Oluwa.
18 But we will bless the LORD from this time forth and for evermore. Praise the LORD.
