Read Job 37

1 AIYA si fò mi si eyi pẹlu, o si ṣi kuro ni ipò rẹ̀.

1 At this also my heart trembleth, and is moved out of his place.

2 Fetisilẹ dãda, ki ẹ si gbọ́ iró ohùn rẹ̀, ati iró ti o ti ẹnu rẹ̀ jade wá.

2 Hear attentively the noise of his voice, and the sound that goeth out of his mouth.

3 O ṣe ilana rẹ̀ nisalẹ abẹ ọrun gbogbo, manamana rẹ̀ ni o si jọwọ rẹ̀ lọwọ de opin ilẹ aiye.

3 He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.

4 Lẹhin manamana ohùn kan fọ̀ ramuramu, o fi ohùn ọlanla rẹ̀ sán ãrá: on kì yio si da ãrá duro nigbati a ba ngbọ́ ohùn rẹ̀.

4 After it a voice roareth: he thundereth with the voice of his excellency; and he will not stay them when his voice is heard.

5 Ọlọrun fi ohùn rẹ̀ sán ãrá iyanilẹnu, ohun nlanla ni iṣe ti awa kò le imọ̀.

5 God thundereth marvellously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend.

6 Nitoriti o wi fun ojo didì pe, Iwọ rọ̀ silẹ aiye, ati pẹlu fun ọwọ ojo, ati fun ojo nla agbara rẹ̀.

6 For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.

7 O fi edidi di gbogbo enia, ki gbogbo wọn ki o le imọ̀ iṣẹ rẹ̀.

7 He sealeth up the hand of every man; that all men may know his work.

8 Nigbana ni awọn ẹranko iwọnu ihò lọ, nwọn a si wà ni ipò wọn.

8 Then the beasts go into dens, and remain in their places.

9 Lati iha gusu ni ìji ajayika ti ijade wá, ati otutu lati inu afẹfẹ ti tu awọsanma ká.

9 Out of the south cometh the whirlwind: and cold out of the north.

10 Nipa ẹmi Ọlọrun a fi ìdi-omi funni, ibu-omi a si sunkì.

10 By the breath of God frost is given: and the breadth of the waters is straitened.

11 Pẹlupẹlu o fi omi pupọ mu awọsanma wuwo, a si tú awọsanma imọlẹ rẹ̀ ká.

11 Also by watering he wearieth the thick cloud: he scattereth his bright cloud:

12 Awọn wọnyi ni a si yi kakiri nipa ilana rẹ̀, ki nwọn ki o le iṣe ohunkohun ti o pa fun wọn li aṣẹ loju aiye lori ilẹ.

12 And it is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth.

13 O mu u wá ibãṣe fun ikilọ̀ ni, tabi fun rere ilẹ rẹ̀, tabi fun ãnu.

13 He causeth it to come, whether for correction, or for his land, or for mercy.

14 Jobu dẹtisilẹ si eyi, duro jẹ, ki o si rò iṣẹ iyanu Ọlọrun.

14 Hearken unto this, O Job: stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.

15 Iwọ mọ̀ akoko ìgba ti Ọlọrun sọ wọn lọjọ̀, ti o si mu imọlẹ awọsanma rẹ̀ dán?

15 Dost thou know when God disposed them, and caused the light of his cloud to shine?

16 Iwọ mọ̀ ọ̀na ti awọsanma ifo lọ; iṣẹ iyanu ẹniti o pé ni ìmọ?

16 Dost thou know the balancings of the clouds, the wondrous works of him which is perfect in knowledge?

17 Aṣọ rẹ̀ ti ma gbona, nigbati o mu aiye dakẹ lati gusu wá.

17 How thy garments are warm, when he quieteth the earth by the south wind?

18 Iwọ ha ba a tẹ pẹpẹ oju-ọrun, ti o duro ṣinṣin, ti o si dabi digi ti o yọ́ dà.

18 Hast thou with him spread out the sky, which is strong, and as a molten looking glass?

19 Kọ́ wa li eyi ti a le iwi fun u; nitoripe awa kò le iladi ọ̀rọ nitori òkunkun.

19 Teach us what we shall say unto him; for we cannot order our speech by reason of darkness.

20 A o ha wi fun u pe, Emi fẹ sọ̀rọ? tabi ẹnikan wipe, Ifẹ mi ni pe ki a gbe mi mì?

20 Shall it be told him that I speak? if a man speak, surely he shall be swallowed up.

21 Sibẹ nisisiyi enia kò ri imọlẹ ti ndán ninu awọsanma, ṣugbọn afẹfẹ kọja, a si gbá wọn mọ́.

21 And now men see not the bright light which is in the clouds: but the wind passeth, and cleanseth them.

22 Wura didan ti inu iha ariwa jade wá, lọdọ Ọlọrun li ọlanla ẹ̀ru-nla.

22 Fair weather cometh out of the north: with God is terrible majesty.

23 Nipa ti Olodumare awa kò le iwadi rẹ̀ ri, o rekọja ni ipá, on kì iba idajọ ati ọ̀pọlọpọ otitọ jẹ.

23 Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: he is excellent in power, and in judgment, and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict.

24 Nitorina enia a ma bẹ̀ru rẹ̀, on kì iṣojusaju ẹnikẹni ti o gbọ́n ni inu.

24 Men do therefore fear him: he respecteth not any that are wise of heart.
