1 KI ifẹ ará ki o wà titi.
1 Let brotherly love continue.
2 Ẹ máṣe gbagbé lati mã ṣe alejò; nitoripe nipa bẹ̃ li awọn ẹlomiran ṣe awọn angẹli li alejò laimọ̀.
2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
3 Ẹ mã ranti awọn onde bi ẹniti a dè pẹlu wọn, ati awọn ti a npọn loju bi ẹnyin tikaranyin pẹlu ti mbẹ ninu ara.
3 Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.
4 Ki igbéyawo ki o li ọla larin gbogbo enia, ki akete si jẹ alailẽri: nitori awọn àgbere ati awọn panṣaga li Ọlọrun yio dá lẹjọ.
4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.
5 Ki ọkàn nyin ki o máṣe fa si ifẹ owo, ki ohun ti ẹ ni ki o to nyin; nitori on tikalarẹ ti wipe, Emi kò jẹ fi ọ silẹ, bẹni emi kò jẹ kọ ọ silẹ.
5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
6 Nitorina ni awa ṣe nfi igboiya wipe, Oluwa li oluranlọwọ mi, emi kì yio bẹ̀ru; kili enia le ṣe si mi?
6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
7 Ẹ mã ranti awọn ti nwọn jẹ olori nyin, ti nwọn ti sọ ọ̀rọ Ọlọrun fun nyin; ki ẹ mã ro opin ìwa-aiye wọn, ki ẹ si mã ṣe afarawe igbagbọ́ wọn.
7 Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.
8 Jesu Kristi ọkanna ni li aná, ati li oni, ati titi lai.
8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
9 Ẹ máṣe jẹ ki a fi onirũru ati ẹkọ́ àjeji gbá nyin kiri. Nitori o dara ki a mu nyin li ọkàn le nipa ore-ọfẹ, kì iṣe nipa onjẹ, ninu eyiti awọn ti o ti nrìn ninu wọn kò li ère.
9 Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
10 Awa ni pẹpẹ kan, ninu eyi ti awọn ti nsìn agọ́ kò li agbara lati mã jẹ.
10 We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle.
11 Nitoripe ara awọn ẹran wọnni, ẹ̀jẹ eyiti olori alufa mu wá si ibi mimọ́ nitori ẹ̀ṣẹ, a sun wọn lẹhin ibudo.
11 For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp.
12 Nitorina Jesu pẹlu, ki o le fi ẹ̀jẹ ara rẹ̀ sọ awọn enia di mimọ́, o jìya lẹhin bode.
12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.
13 Nitorina ẹ jẹ ki a jade tọ̀ ọ lọ lẹhin ibudo, ki a mã rù ẹ̀gan rẹ̀.
13 Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.
14 Nitoripe awa kò ni ilu ti o wà titi nihin, ṣugbọn awa nwá eyiti mbọ̀.
14 For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.
15 Njẹ nipasẹ rẹ̀, ẹ jẹ ki a mã ru ẹbọ iyìn si Ọlọrun nigbagbogbo, eyini ni eso ète wa, ti njẹwọ orukọ rẹ̀.
15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
16 Ṣugbọn ati mã ṣõre on ati mã pinfunni ẹ máṣe gbagbé: nitori irú ẹbọ wọnni ni inu Ọlọrun dùn si jọjọ.
16 But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
17 Ẹ mã gbọ ti awọn ti nṣe olori nyin, ki ẹ si mã tẹriba fun wọn: nitori nwọn nṣọ ẹṣọ nitori ọkàn nyin, bi awọn ti yio ṣe iṣíro, ki nwọn ki o le fi ayọ̀ ṣe eyi, li aisi ibinujẹ, nitori eyiyi yio jẹ ailere fun nyin.
17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
18 Ẹ mã gbadura fun wa: nitori awa gbagbọ pe awa ni ẹri-ọkàn rere, a si nfẹ lati mã wà lododo ninu ohun gbogbo.
18 Pray for us: for we trust we have a good conscience, in all things willing to live honestly.
19 Ṣugbọn emi mbẹ̀ nyin gidigidi si i lati mã ṣe eyi, ki a ba le tète fi mi fun nyin pada.
19 But I beseech you the rather to do this, that I may be restored to you the sooner.
20 Njẹ Ọlọrun alafia, ẹniti o tun mu oluṣọ-agutan nla ti awọn agutan, ti inu okú wá, nipa ẹ̀jẹ majẹmu aiyeraiye, ani Oluwa wa Jesu,
20 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
21 Ki o mu nyin pé ninu iṣẹ rere gbogbo lati ṣe ifẹ rẹ̀, ki o mã ṣiṣẹ ohun ti iṣe itẹwọgba niwaju rẹ̀ ninu wa nipasẹ Jesu Kristi; ẹniti ogo wà fun lai ati lailai. Amin.
21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
22 Emi si mbẹ nyin, ará, ẹ gbà ọ̀rọ iyanju mi; nitori iwe kukuru ni mo kọ si nyin.
22 And I beseech you, brethren, suffer the word of exhortation: for I have written a letter unto you in few words.
23 Ẹ mọ̀ pé a dá Timotiu arakunrin wa silẹ; bi o ba tete de, emi pẹlu rẹ̀ yio ri nyin.
23 Know ye that our brother Timothy is set at liberty; with whom, if he come shortly, I will see you.
24 Ẹ kí gbogbo awọn ti nṣe olori nyin, ati gbogbo awọn enia mimọ́. Awọn ti o ti Itali wá kí nyin.
24 Salute all them that have the rule over you, and all the saints. They of Italy salute you.
25 Ki ore-ọfẹ ki o wà pẹlu gbogbo nyin. Amin.
25 Grace be with you all. Amen.
