Read Ezekiel 7
1 Ọ̀RỌ Oluwa si tọ̀ mi wá, wipe,
1 Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2 Iwọ ọmọ enia, bayi li Oluwa Ọlọrun wi pẹlu si ile Israeli; Opin, opin de sori igun mẹrẹrin ilẹ.
2 Also, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD unto the land of Israel; An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land.
3 Opin de si ọ wayi, emi o si rán ibinu mi sori rẹ, emi o si da ọ lẹjọ gẹgẹ bi ọ̀na rẹ; emi o si san gbogbo irira rẹ pada si ọ lori.
3 Now is the end come upon thee, and I will send mine anger upon thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense upon thee all thine abominations.
4 Oju mi kì yio si dasi, bẹ̃li emi kì yio ṣãnu: ṣugbọn emi o san ọ̀na rẹ pada si ọ lori, ati irira rẹ yio wà li ãrin rẹ: ẹnyin o si mọ̀ pe, emi li Oluwa.
4 And mine eye shall not spare thee, neither will I have pity: but I will recompense thy ways upon thee, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
5 Bayi li Oluwa Ọlọrun wi; ibi kan, ibi kanṣoṣo, kiye si i, o de.
5 Thus saith the Lord GOD; An evil, an only evil, behold, is come.
6 Opin de, opin de: o jí si ọ; kiye si i, o de.
6 An end is come, the end is come: it watcheth for thee; behold, it is come.
7 Ilẹ mọ́ ọ, iwọ ẹniti ngbe ilẹ na: akokò na de, ọjọ wahala sunmọ tosí; kì isi ṣe ariwo awọn oke-nla.
7 The morning is come unto thee, O thou that dwellest in the land: the time is come, the day of trouble is near, and not the sounding again of the mountains.
8 Nisisiyi li emi o dà ikannu mi si ọ lori, emi o si mu ibinu mi ṣẹ si ọ lori: emi o si dá ọ lẹjọ gẹgẹ bi ọ̀na rẹ, emi o si san fun ọ nitori gbogbo irira rẹ.
8 Now will I shortly pour out my fury upon thee, and accomplish mine anger upon thee: and I will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense thee for all thine abominations.
9 Oju mi kì yio si dasi, bẹ̃li emi kì yio ṣãnu: emi o si san fun ọ gẹgẹ bi ọ̀na rẹ, ati irira rẹ ti mbẹ lãrin rẹ; ẹnyin o si mọ̀ pe emi li Oluwa ti nkọlu.
9 And mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will recompense thee according to thy ways and thine abominations that are in the midst of thee; and ye shall know that I am the LORD that smiteth.
10 Kiye si i ọjọ na, kiyesi i, o de: ilẹ ti mọ́; ọpá ti tanná, irera ti rudi.
10 Behold the day, behold, it is come: the morning is gone forth; the rod hath blossomed, pride hath budded.
11 Iwa-ipa ti dide di ọpa ìwa buburu: ọkan ninu wọn kì yio kù, tabi ninu ọ̀pọlọpọ wọn, tabi ninu ohun kan wọn, bẹ̃ni kì yio si ipohùnreré ẹkun fun wọn.
11 Violence is risen up into a rod of wickedness: none of them shall remain, nor of their multitude, nor of any of theirs: neither shall there be wailing for them.
12 Akoko na de, ọjọ na sunmọ itosi: ki olùra máṣe yọ̀, bẹ̃ni ki olùta máṣe gbãwẹ: nitori ibinu de ba gbogbo wọn.
12 The time is come, the day draweth near: let not the buyer rejoice, nor the seller mourn: for wrath is upon all the multitude thereof.
13 Nitori olùta kì yio pada si eyi ti a tà, bi wọn tilẹ wà lãye: nitori iran na kàn gbogbo enia ibẹ̀, ti kì yio pada; bẹ̃ni kò si ẹniti yio mu ara rẹ̀ le ninu ẹ̀ṣẹ rẹ̀.
13 For the seller shall not return to that which is sold, although they were yet alive: for the vision is touching the whole multitude thereof, which shall not return; neither shall any strengthen himself in the iniquity of his life.
14 Nwọn ti fọn ipè, lati jẹ ki gbogbo wọn mura; ṣugbọn kò si ẹnikan ti o lọ si ogun: nitori ibinu mi wà lori gbogbo wọn.
14 They have blown the trumpet, even to make all ready; but none goeth to the battle: for my wrath is upon all the multitude thereof.
15 Idà mbẹ lode, ajakálẹ àrun ati iyàn si mbẹ ninu: ẹniti o wà li oko yio kú nipa idà; ẹniti o wà ninu ilu, iyàn ati ajakálẹ àrun ni yio si jẹ ẹ run.
15 The sword is without, and the pestilence and the famine within: he that is in the field shall die with the sword; and he that is in the city, famine and pestilence shall devour him.
16 Ṣugbọn awọn ti o bọ́ ninu wọn yio salà, nwọn o si wà lori oke bi adabà afonifoji, gbogbo nwọn o ma gbãwẹ, olukuluku nitori aiṣedede rẹ̀.
16 But they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity.
17 Gbogbo ọwọ́ ni yio rọ, gbogbo ẽkun ni yio si di ailera bi omi.
17 All hands shall be feeble, and all knees shall be weak as water.
18 Aṣọ ọ̀fọ ni nwọn o fi gbajá pẹlu; ìbẹru ikú yio si bò wọn mọlẹ; itiju yio si wà loju gbogbo wọn, ẽpá yio si wà li ori gbogbo wọn.
18 They shall also gird themselves with sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads.
19 Nwọn o sọ fadaka wọn si igboro, wura wọn li a o si mu kuro; fadaka wọn ati wura wọn kì yio si le gbà wọn là li ọjọ ibinu Oluwa: nwọn kì yio tẹ́ ọkàn wọn lọrùn, bẹ̃ni nwọn kì yio kún inu wọn; nitori on ni idùgbolu aiṣedede wọn.
19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.
20 Bi o ṣe ti ẹwà ohun ọṣọ́ rẹ̀ ni, o gbe e ka ibi ọlanla: ṣugbọn nwọn yá ere irira wọn ati ohun ikorira wọn ninu rẹ̀: nitorina li emi ṣe mu u jina si wọn.
20 As for the beauty of his ornament, he set it in majesty: but they made the images of their abominations and of their detestable things therein: therefore have I set it far from them.
21 Emi o si fi i si ọwọ́ awọn alejo fun ijẹ, ati fun enia buburu aiye fun ikogun: nwọn o si bà a jẹ.
21 And I will give it into the hands of the strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall pollute it.
22 Oju mi pẹlu li emi o yipada kuro lọdọ wọn, nwọn o si ba ibi ikọkọ mi jẹ; nitori awọn ọlọṣà yio wọ inu rẹ̀, nwọn o si bà a jẹ.
22 My face will I turn also from them, and they shall pollute my secret place: for the robbers shall enter into it, and defile it.
23 Rọ ẹ̀wọn kan; nitori ilẹ na kún fun ẹ̀ṣẹ ẹjẹ, ilu-nla na si kún fun iwa ipa.
23 Make a chain: for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence.
24 Nitorina li emi o mu awọn keferi ti o burujulọ, nwọn o si jogun ile wọn: emi o si mu ọṣọ-nla awọn alagbara tán pẹlu, ibi mimọ́ wọn li a o si bajẹ.
24 Wherefore I will bring the worst of the heathen, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make the pomp of the strong to cease; and their holy places shall be defiled.
25 Iparun mbọ̀ wá, nwọn o si wá alafia, kì yio si si.
25 Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.
26 Tulasì yio gori tulasi, irọkẹ̀kẹ yio si gori irọkẹ̀kẹ; nigbana ni nwọn o bere lọdọ woli; ṣugbọn ofin yio ṣegbé kuro lọdọ alufa, ati imọ̀ kuro lọdọ awọn agbà.
26 Mischief shall come upon mischief, and rumour shall be upon rumour; then shall they seek a vision of the prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the ancients.
27 Ọba yio ṣọ̀fọ, a o si fi idahoro wọ̀ ọmọ-alade, ọwọ́ awọn enia ilẹ na li a o wahala, emi o ṣe si wọn gẹgẹ bi ọ̀na wọn, ati gẹgẹ bi ẹjọ wọn ti ri li emi o dá a fun wọn: nwọn o si mọ̀ pe emi li Oluwa.
27 The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I will do unto them after their way, and according to their deserts will I judge them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
