1 Ọ̀RỌ Oluwa si tọ̀ mi wá, wipe,
1 The word of the LORD also came unto me, saying,
2 Ọmọ enia, iwọ ngbe ãrin ọlọ̀tẹ ile, ti nwọn ni oju lati ri, ti kò si ri; nwọn ni eti lati gbọ́, nwọn kò si gbọ́: nitori ọlọ̀tẹ ile ni nwọn.
2 Son of man, thou dwellest in the midst of a rebellious house, which have eyes to see, and see not; they have ears to hear, and hear not: for they are a rebellious house.
3 Nitorina, iwọ ọmọ enia, mura nkan kikolọ, ki o si kó lọ li oju wọn li ọsan; ki o si kó lati ipò rẹ lọ si ibomiran li oju wọn; o le ṣe pe nwọn o ronu, bi nwọn tilẹ jẹ ọlọ̀tẹ ile.
3 Therefore, thou son of man, prepare thee stuff for removing, and remove by day in their sight; and thou shalt remove from thy place to another place in their sight: it may be they will consider, though they be a rebellious house.
4 Ki o si mu nkan rẹ jade li ọsan li oju wọn, bi nkan kikolọ; ki o si jade lọ li aṣalẹ li oju wọn, bi awọn ti nlọ si igbekùn.
4 Then shalt thou bring forth thy stuff by day in their sight, as stuff for removing: and thou shalt go forth at even in their sight, as they that go forth into captivity.
5 Da ogiri lu loju wọn, ki o si kó jade nibẹ.
5 Dig thou through the wall in their sight, and carry out thereby.
6 Li oju wọn ni ki o rù u le ejika rẹ, ki o si rù u lọ ni wiriwiri alẹ, ki o si bo oju rẹ, ki o má ba ri ilẹ; nitori mo ti gbe ọ kalẹ fun àmi si ile Israeli.
6 In their sight shalt thou bear it upon thy shoulders, and carry it forth in the twilight: thou shalt cover thy face, that thou see not the ground: for I have set thee for a sign unto the house of Israel.
7 Mo si ṣe bi a ti paṣẹ fun mi: mo mu nkan mi jade li ọsan, bi nkan fun igbekùn, mo si fi ọwọ́ mi dá ogiri lu li aṣalẹ; mo gbe e jade ni wiriwiri alẹ, mo si rù u le ejika mi loju wọn.
7 And I did so as I was commanded: I brought forth my stuff by day, as stuff for captivity, and in the even I digged through the wall with mine hand; I brought it forth in the twilight, and I bare it upon my shoulder in their sight.
8 Li owurọ ọ̀rọ Oluwa si ti tọ̀ mi wá, wipe,
8 And in the morning came the word of the LORD unto me, saying,
9 Ọmọ enia, ile Israeli, ọlọ̀tẹ ile nì kò ti wi fun ọ pe, kini iwọ nṣe?
9 Son of man, hath not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said unto thee, What doest thou?
10 Wi fun wọn pe, Bayi li Oluwa Ọlọrun wi; Ẹrù yi hàn fun awọn ọmọ-alade ni Jerusalemu, ati gbogbo ile Israeli ti o wà lãrin wọn.
10 Say thou unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; This burden concerneth the prince in Jerusalem, and all the house of Israel that are among them.
11 Wipe, emi ni àmi nyin, gẹgẹ bi mo ti ṣe, bẹ̃ni a o si ṣe si wọn: nwọn o ko kuro, nwọn o si lọ si igbekùn.
11 Say, I am your sign: like as I have done, so shall it be done unto them: they shall remove and go into captivity.
12 Ọmọ-alade ti o wà larin wọn yio si rẹrù lori ejika rẹ̀ ni wiriwiri alẹ, yio si jade lọ; nwọn o si dá ogiri lu lati kó jade nibẹ; yio si bo oju rẹ̀, ki o má ba fi oju rẹ̀ ri ilẹ.
12 And the prince that is among them shall bear upon his shoulder in the twilight, and shall go forth: they shall dig through the wall to carry out thereby: he shall cover his face, that he see not the ground with his eyes.
13 Awọ̀n mi ni emi o si tẹ́ le e lori, a o si mu u ninu ẹgẹ́ mi: emi o si mu u wá si Babiloni, si ilẹ awọn ara Kaldea; kì yio si ri i, bẹ̃ni yio kú nibẹ.
13 My net also will I spread upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare: and I will bring him to Babylon to the land of the Chaldeans; yet shall he not see it, though he shall die there.
14 Gbogbo awọn ti o yi i ka lati ràn a lọwọ, ati gbogbo ọwọ-ogun rẹ̀, ni emi o tuká si gbogbo afẹ̃fẹ, emi o si yọ idà le wọn.
14 And I will scatter toward every wind all that are about him to help him, and all his bands; and I will draw out the sword after them.
15 Nwọn o si mọ̀ pe, Emi li Oluwa, nigbati mo ba tú wọn ka lãrin awọn orilẹ-ède; ti mo ba si fọ́n wọn ká ilẹ pupọ.
15 And they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall scatter them among the nations, and disperse them in the countries.
16 Ṣugbọn emi o kù diẹ ninu wọn silẹ lọwọ idà, lọwọ iyàn, ati lọwọ ajakálẹ arùn; ki nwọn le sọ gbogbo ohun ẽri wọn lãrin awọn keferi, nibiti nwọn ba de; nwọn o si mọ̀ pe emi li Oluwa.
16 But I will leave a few men of them from the sword, from the famine, and from the pestilence; that they may declare all their abominations among the heathen whither they come; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
17 Ọ̀rọ Oluwa si tọ̀ mi wá, wipe,
17 Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
18 Ọmọ enia, fi ìgbọnriri jẹ onjẹ rẹ, si fi ìwariri ati ikiyesara mu omi rẹ;
18 Son of man, eat thy bread with quaking, and drink thy water with trembling and with carefulness;
19 Ki o si sọ fun awọn enia ilẹ na pe, Bayi li Oluwa Ọlọrun wi fun awọn ara Jerusalemu, niti ilẹ Israeli; nwọn o fi ikiyesara jẹ onjẹ wọn, nwọn o si fi iyanu mu omi wọn, ki ilẹ rẹ̀ ki o le di ahoro kuro ninu gbogbo ohun ti o wà ninu rẹ̀, nitori ìwa-ipá gbogbo awọn ti ngbe ibẹ̀.
19 And say unto the people of the land, Thus saith the Lord GOD of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and of the land of Israel; They shall eat their bread with carefulness, and drink their water with astonishment, that her land may be desolate from all that is therein, because of the violence of all them that dwell therein.
20 Awọn ilu ti a ngbe yio di ofo, ilẹ na yio si di ahoro; ẹnyin o si mọ̀ pe emi li Oluwa.
20 And the cities that are inhabited shall be laid waste, and the land shall be desolate; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
21 Ọ̀rọ Oluwa si tọ̀ mi wá, wipe,
21 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
22 Ọmọ enia, owe wo li ẹnyin ni, ni ilẹ Israeli pe, A fà ọjọ gùn, gbogbo iran di asan?
22 Son of man, what is that proverb that ye have in the land of Israel, saying, The days are prolonged, and every vision faileth?
23 Nitorina wi fun wọn pe, Bayi li Oluwa Ọlọrun wi; emi o jẹ ki owe yi dẹkun, nwọn kì yio si pa a li owe ni Israeli mọ; ṣugbọn wi fun wọn pe, Ọjọ kù si dẹ̀dẹ; ati imuṣẹ gbogbo iran.
23 Tell them therefore, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will make this proverb to cease, and they shall no more use it as a proverb in Israel; but say unto them, The days are at hand, and the effect of every vision.
24 Nitori kì yio si iran asan mọ, kì yio si si afọṣẹ ti npọnni ninu ile Israeli.
24 For there shall be no more any vain vision nor flattering divination within the house of Israel.
25 Nitori emi li Oluwa: emi o sọ̀rọ, ọ̀rọ ti emi o sọ yio si ṣẹ, a kì yio fà a gùn mọ; nitori li ọjọ nyin, Ọlọtẹ ile, li emi o sọ ọ̀rọ na, emi o si ṣe e, ni Oluwa Ọlọrun wi.
25 For I am the LORD: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass; it shall be no more prolonged: for in your days, O rebellious house, will I say the word, and will perform it, saith the Lord GOD.
26 Ọ̀rọ Oluwa si tun tọ̀ mi wá, wipe,
26 Again the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
27 Ọmọ enia, kiyesi i, awọn ara ile Israeli wipe, Iran ti o ri, fun ọjọ pupọ ti mbọ̀ ni, o si sọ asọtẹlẹ akoko ti o jina rere.
27 Son of man, behold, they of the house of Israel say, The vision that he seeth is for many days to come, and he prophesieth of the times that are far off.
28 Nitorina wi fun wọn pe, Bayi li Oluwa Ọlọrun wi: Kò si ọkan ninu ọ̀rọ mi ti a o fà gùn mọ, ṣugbọn ọ̀rọ ti mo ti sọ yio ṣẹ, ni Oluwa wi.
28 Therefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; There shall none of my words be prolonged any more, but the word which I have spoken shall be done, saith the Lord GOD.
