Emi ri i, ṣugbọn ki iṣe nisisiyi: emi si wò o, ṣugbọn kò sunmọtosi: irawọ kan yio ti inu Jakobu jade wá, ọpa-alade kan yio si ti inu Israeli dide, yio si kọlù awọn igun Moabu, yio si ṣẹ́ gbogbo awọn ọmọ irọkẹ̀kẹ.

I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.
