Nigbana ni mo wi fun wọn pe, Ẹnyin ri ibanujẹ ti awa wà, bi Jerusalemu ti di ahoro, ẹnu-ọ̀na rẹ̀ li a si fi iná sun: ẹ wá, ẹ jẹ ki a mọ odi Jerusalemu, ki a má ba jẹ ẹni-ẹgàn mọ!

Then said I unto them, Ye see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lieth waste, and the gates thereof are burned with fire: come, and let us build up the wall of Jerusalem, that we be no more a reproach.
