Bayi ha kọ́ awọn baba nyin ṣe, Ọlọrun kò ha mu ki gbogbo ibi yi wá sori wa, ati sori ilu yi? ṣugbọn ẹnyin mu ibinu ti o pọ̀ju wá sori Israeli nipa biba ọjọ isimi jẹ.

Did not your fathers thus, and did not our God bring all this evil upon us, and upon this city? yet ye bring more wrath upon Israel by profaning the sabbath.
