Nwọn si kọ̀ OLUWA, Ọlọrun awọn baba wọn silẹ, ti o mú wọn jade lati ilẹ Egipti wá, nwọn si ntọ̀ ọlọrun miran lẹhin, ninu oriṣa awọn enia ti o yi wọn ká kiri, nwọn si nfi ori wọn balẹ fun wọn, nwọn si bi OLUWA ninu.

And they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods, of the gods of the people that were round about them, and bowed themselves unto them, and provoked the LORD to anger.
