Ṣugbọn o wi eyi, ki iṣe nitoriti o náni awọn talakà; ṣugbọn nitoriti iṣe olè, on li o si ni àpo, a si ma gbé ohun ti a fi sinu rẹ̀.

This he said, not that he cared for the poor; but because he was a thief, and had the bag, and bare what was put therein.
