Ọmọ ọ̀wọn ha ni Efraimu fun mi bi? ọmọ inu-didùn ha ni? nitori bi emi ti sọ̀rọ si i to, sibẹ emi ranti rẹ̀, nitorina ni ọkàn mi ṣe lù fun u; emi o ṣe iyọ́nu fun u nitõtọ, li Oluwa wi.

Is Ephraim my dear son? is he a pleasant child? for since I spake against him, I do earnestly remember him still: therefore my bowels are troubled for him; I will surely have mercy upon him, saith the LORD.
