Nigbana ni mo kede àwẹ kan nibẹ lẹba odò Ahafa, ki awa ki o le pọn ara wa loju niwaju Ọlọrun wa, lati ṣafẹri ọ̀na titọ́ fun wa li ọwọ rẹ̀, ati fun ọmọ wẹrẹ wa, ati fun gbogbo ini wa.

Then I proclaimed a fast there, at the river of Ahava, that we might afflict ourselves before our God, to seek of him a right way for us, and for our little ones, and for all our substance.
