O si duro o si kigbe si ogun Israeli, o si wi fun wọn pe, Ẽṣe ti ẹnyin jade lati tẹgun? ṣe Filistini kan li emi iṣe? ẹnyin si jẹ ẹrú Saulu. Ẹnyin yan ọkunrin kan fun ara nyin, ki ẹnyin si jẹ ki o sọkale tọ̀ mi wá.

And he stood and cried unto the armies of Israel, and said unto them, Why are ye come out to set your battle in array? am not I a Philistine, and ye servants to Saul? choose you a man for you, and let him come down to me.
