Psalms 61

¹ O God, hear as I dey cry; hear my prayer!

² I no get hope and I dey far from house as I dey call you! Take me go where I go fit dey safe,

³ because na you be my protector, na you be my defense against my enemy.

⁴ Allow me make I live for your shelter all my life; make I find safety under you wing.

⁵ You don hear my promise, O God, and you don give me wetin belong to those wey honor you.

⁶ You add plenty years to the king life; let him live on and on

⁷ Make he rule forever for your presence, O God; protect am with your constant love and faithfulness

⁸ So I go dey sing praise to you always, as I offer you wetin I don promise daily.
