God con follow Job talk from storm.

Who you be to dey question my wisdom with your foolish, empty word?

Now stand up straight make you answer the question wey I ask you.

Shey you dey there when I make the world? If you know plenty, tell me about am.

Who decide how big e go be? Who stretch measuring line on top am? Shey you know all the answer?

Wetin dey hold the pillar wey dey support the earth? Who lay the cornerstone for the world?

Early morning for that day the star sing together, and those wey dey for heaven shout for joy.

Who close gate to hold back sea when e burst commot from earth belle?

Na me cover the sea with cloud and wrap am with darkness.

I mark boundary for sea and I keep am behind gate wey dey closed.

I tell the sea say, “You fit come this far, and no pass here! Na here your powerful wave must stop.”

Job, for your life, you don ever command day to show?

You don ever order daylight make e seize the earth and shake the wicked for where dem dey hide?

Daylight dey make hill and valley stand out like garment wey dem fold, clear like wetin dem print on top clay.

The light of day dey too bright for the wicked and e dey stop them from bad thing wey dem dey do.

You don ever go to the spring for deep part of the sea? You don ever waka for floor of ocean?

Anyone don ever show you the gate wey dey guard the dark world of the dead?

You get any idea how big the world be? Answer me if you know.

You know where the light dey come from or wetin dem use make darkness?

You fit show them how far to go, or send them back again?

I dey sure say you fit, because you don dey too old and you dey there when I create the world!

You don ever visit the storeroom, where I dey keep the snow and the hail?

I keep them ready for time of trouble, for days of battle and war.

You don ever go to the place wey sun dey come up, or the place where the east wind dey blow?

Who dig where the rain wey fall go pass and clear way for thunderstorm?

Who make rain fall where nobody dey live?

Who dey water the dry and thirsty land, so that grass go grow out?

Shey rain and dew get father?

Who be the mother for ice and frost,

wey turn water to stone and freeze the face of sea?

You fit tie the Pleiades together or loose the bond wey dey hold Orion?

You fit guard the stars season by season and direct the great and little bear?

You know the law wey dey control the sky, and you fit apply am to earth?

You fit order the cloud and make am soak you with rain?

And if you command lightning to flash, e go come meet you talk say, “I dey for your service”?

Who tell the ibis when the Nile dey flood, or tell cock say rain go fall?

Who dey wise to count cloud and bend am to pour rain out,

rain wey dey turn dust to lump?

You dey find food for lion to chop, and belleful young lion wey dey hungry

when dem hide for their cave, or lie down dey wait for where dem dey live?

Who dey feed the bird when dem dey wander about hungry, when their pikin dey cry to me for food?
